After making pretty decent gains at my first 3 month measurement I have noticed that it seems harder to stretch now. Over the last week or so my penis feels ...tougher/thicker? It looks normal flaccid but feels physically harder. Now using my sg it takes longer to get to where I usually stretch too. I have not lost any length, as a matter of fact I may have gained very slightly, but, I cant seem to stretch as far as I could before.

Is this a normal thing? Is there something I need to do about this, or carry on with what I am doing?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated
 
Do you do any bundled stratches/bundled hanging ?
That helps greatly with tough tunica.
 
Yes, I do bundles before every workout. Its not like it is horrible or anything, I was more wondering if I am experiencing a normal reaction to pe. I have not started hanging yet. I was going to give it some more time until I thought I needed to add that to workouts. It just takes longer in the SG to get to the stretch that I had accomplished previously. Not the end of the world I would guess, but maybe it is time to switching up my routine a little?
 
Switching things up is always good idea. What you write I did not experience myself but it sounds pretty normal.
As long as you gain, its all good.
 
The penis can become used to any exercise and this is where a plateau may happen. When a plateau is reached it is time to up the intensity or switch to a whole new routine.
 
Thanks guys, although I noticed this evening I had no problem stretching at all! Almost thought about adding one of the small bars to the SG but figured I would see over the next few days seeing how everything goes. I did however do all my warm up stretches as bundles. Basically all the newbie stretches bundled. I spent a little more time doing them this evening before my BM session in the shower. I will update if anything changes in regards.

I appreciate your time and advice keeping me motivated :)

Noodlenugs, You are looking good! I am happy you are forcing those bars and keeping that tension high, the gains will come so much faster this way. I suggest keeping all downward stretches unbundled, Bundles should be done at or above your erection angle. The remainder can be done bundled. I will stop in daily to check up.
 
Interesting on the bundle angle, this I must have missed somewhere. But, it is noted. Seems I need a little more time warming up now as to previous. Still seems tougher than usual so I spend more time warming up and do light stretches until I feel it "loosening up" and then I get down to the business. Also, my stretching sessions do not feel as productive but I guess it could be a mental thing. Im gonna keep working at it and just start switching it up a bit until I find that happy place again.

Another great way to prepare tissue for PE is using a heating pad for an extended time. I used to use my heating pad all day so whenever I had to train my penis was like jelly, ready to be stretched effectively. The best combination would be heating pad, bundles than start session.
 
I am going to give that a try, but my only chance of hitting the heat like that is on the weekend. I figure better twice a week than none. Thanks for the motivation DLD and all!

Give it a shot a few times and let me know what you think, I believe it will; be very beneficial for you.
 
OK, so I used the heating pad for about an hour last night before the work out, and OMG! It was like a sloppy wet noodle. (no pun intended on the name) I could have probably stretched to the moon and looked for the American Flag! I do believe that is the key for me, thanks again DLD. I just giggled staring at the difference it made. I added the bars to my SG and just relaxed after the shower for awhile. I do believe this will be my new routine every chance I get. I will keep you informed if I notice a jump in production.

I told you so! :) This may be a VERY BIG reason I made such amazing gains.

Be gentle at first and progressive in your intensity. No rush, better to start easy and work up intensity.

Why is that? Is the risk of injury too high?
