skinny guys, like super skinnny, with above average length (7 or so) but average or below width will always look super massive. if you are 220 with the same dick it wont look nearly as big.

Bone press measurement is more accurate and steady. Same cannot be sad for none bone press measurement. Girth is king by the way.
