Hey, so after reading this how to Fix Curved Penis 101 & thinking about the fact I’m not doing much Pe related exercises outside form Kegels & testicle massaging exercises, I decided that every time I go to the toilet I do basic Penis stretches, with doing more on the other side of my curve, & then doing 30 cranks for left & right.


SO my routine for every time I go to the toilet would be;


Basic Stretch


Left: 15 secs
Right: 45 Secs
Straight: 30 Secs
Down: 30 Secs
Up: 30 Secs


30 Cranks on the left
30 Cranks on the right


So that’s what I think about doing to sort out my peyronies as well as taking vitamin E pills, before sorting out a proper routine to do.
Though as a beginner I have a few things about doing this, like how many times should I try doing this a day, as I’ve been thinking of a minimum of 4 but wondering if I should do more than that as being a beginner. I am also wonder if it is a good idea to jelq as well as stretching, just not sure if I’d have the time to do it or not when in the toilets at work & also get my self i the right erection level & for the time I have in the toilet.


So if any one has some advice on what I am doing, I’d appreciate it.
 
If you plan on doing this every time you go to the toilet, don't put a number on it. Just make sure you do it every time and you'll get the consistency you need to see effects.
 
DLD has been recommending this to men since day 1. stretch whenever you can and a bathroom break at work is always a good place and time to do it. do you use an extender? It would be a good idea for peyronies

I am unsure whether extender would be effective here or not, but I read that PF does help to cure the curve. Plus, jelqs in the opposite direction of the curve help as well! :)

Well I kind of am wanting to do it every day, as heard stretching every day helps out. But you are rift, I probably shouldn't put a number on it.

I don't have an extender yet, though planning on getting one, as well as the Penis pump Machine you use.

I plan on getting that too. Yeah but I'm not sure if can jelq every time I go to the Bathroom, maybe in the mornings & evenings I can, but not sure about every time I go to the toilet.
 
This is a good routine for those who do not have the luxury of long bathroom time. I think it is smart and will work fine. As far as curvature goes you will need to do specific exercise to correct a curve. The two best strategies are using the SizeGenetics for as much time as you can and erect jelqing against the curve. Correcting a curve does take time, the average correction happens in about 1 year. But don't let that scare you, the whole time you spend correcting the curve you will also be gaining size.

Actually at the start of I did do the Other exercises at the start of it & tried doing it three times, as you telling me to do that. but sadly didn't keep up with it & regretting doing that. Which I want to change, as of following both this & PEGym to better educate myself on things. Though still having trouble getting it all.

I plan on buying the products when I am sure I can get it in private, having trouble with that.

We can all fall short of what are goals dictate the trick is to put the failures behind you and start a new. The beginning of every journey starts with the first step. It is good to see PE as a daily project rather then something you have to do for years. You only need to do good for today, tomorrow will take care of itself. And keep in mind why you are doing this, you end up with a bigger penis!
