How much time is required for the exercises sold on this site? I work 8 hours then hit the gym for about an hour every day, which really doesn't leave me a whole lot of time after I've gotten home and knocked out my post-workout foods. I've looked at these type programs before but never really tried them. Any comments from experience would be great. Thanks.
 
exercises sold on this site?...you don't have to pay to learn these exercises...and honestly i think maybe a half hour of stretches and half hour of girth on a consistent basis....would give you some good result...and it does work...just takes time and effort....good luck
 
I believe he's referring to the paysite.

So you work 8 hours? Let's assume half an hour to get to the gym and half an hour to get home, and let's say an hour to eat. Plus one hour at the gym. One hour to get ready in the morning and half an hour to work. 12.5 hours. So you sleep 11.5 hours per day? I'm sure you can squeeze the exercises in somewhere. It all depends on how much you want it.
 
20 Minutes twice a day and your gains will be awesome.
 
Thanks for the quick answers guys. I probably just have to develop it like a routine like I did with lifting. If all goes well I may become a regular board member.
 
Alright, so I tried a basic routine tonight.

Warmed up with a warm wash cloth.
Stretched in different directions for about 5 minutes.
250 Jelq.
100 Kegel.

Would something like that done daily offer benefit?
 
you probably would want to devote a little more time stretching...and the jelqs is good...but over time you have to increase in number and intensity
 
I know personally maybe because I'm slow or something but the newbie routine takes me about 45 mins. so splitting it up and warming up both times I would say 20-30 mins 2 times a day should work. pls you would get a killer workout.
 
I do 15mins of stretches in the morning (which actually takes me almost 30mins with all the rests and switching hands and positions) and then try to get some girth routine in the evening before I hit the sack. If I dont manage the girth exercises Im not too bothered as I am working mainly for length gains and once I can see these coming along nicely it will motivate me to gain some monster girth :D Works for me and my time restrictions

I agree with DLD. You can split just about any workout in half (or more), which will help you manage your time. Splitting your workouts this way can be not only time efficient, but it can also be a way to focus more intensely on particular target areas:

When you make Penis Enlargement a priority and set some goals, you will find the time that you need to do the exercises.

lol i do Penis Enlargement about 2 hours a day...... Maybe I'm taking this tooooo serious ;P

or It's because I'm to stupid to keep my count ;) I kep loosing it and when i do i start again at 0 to punish my self ;P(at steches) and with jelqs i go down to the last 10th number i can remember

True, and for people who have a difficult time concentrating this may be an awesome route to go. I would rather see someone do 5-10 minutes session with good intensity than 1-50 minutes session half assed.
