Braided Nylon Cord - about the diameter of a pencil
Schedule 40 PVC Couplings(2) 2"
Turnbuckles(2) 5/32", 4-3/4" Eye/Eye
Metal Washers (4) Machine Screws (4) 5/32" x 3/4"
Metal Nuts (4) 5/32"

CONSTRUCTING the HOME HARDWARE EXTENDER
Drill two 5/32" holes into one of the PVC couplings, opposed from each other, and about 3/4" from the top. If desired, saw off some of the
PVC coupling so that there will be more room through which the penis may be pulled and maneuvered. If the PVC coupling is not round along the inner rim, you should file and sand it so for safety and comfort. Additionally, you may file and sand the PVC coupling in such a manner as to make a more ergonomic fit. Using each of the 5/32" diameter, 3/4" long Machine Screws, thread a washer, an eye-end of each of the two turnbuckles, and another washer or two. Carefully screw each assembly through the opposing holes of PVC coupling. Preferably, no metal should protrude through the either side of the bushing. Each Screw-Turnbuckle assembly should be firmly in place, with the turnbuckles perpendicular to the PVC coupling. Saw the other 2" PVC Coupling latitudinally so that the length measures about 1 3/4"; then saw it longitudinally so that a "half pipe" results. Drill 2 5/32" holes into the half pipe on opposite sides, each about 1/2" from the rounded base, and 3/8 from the sides. Drill 1 1/4" hole about 1/2" from the top of the half- pipe. Through this hole the Nylon cord will be threaded. Sand the half pipe round and smooth. You may saw the top corners of half pipe for a more ergonomic design , but be careful not to compromise structural integrity. Thread a Nut and a large metal washer onto each of the 2 3/4" Machine Screws and then screw the resulting 2 assemblies into each of the 5/32" holes in the half pipe. The fit should be smooth. If not add or subtract washers from the turnbuckle assemblies. Thread the Nylon Cord through the 1/4" hole in the half pipe. Due to the tightness, you may need to pinch the tip of each end of the cord. The cord should be held lightly by the holes, but you may will need to tie a partial knot to keep it from slipping once the penis head is placed in the noose. As needed extend the device, and therefore the penis, by twisting the turnbuckles further in order to obtain the desired tension.

USING THE HOME HARDWARE EXTENDER
With the device in two parts (Bushing/Turnbuckle and Half-Pipe/Tubing), pull the penis through the PVC Bushing, with the Turnbuckles at their minimum length. Then loop the penis head through the cord and tighten by pulling from the other side. Tie the back side in a half knot to keep the noose from slipping. This procedure takes about 1-3 minutes. Tension is increased or decreased by twisting the turnbuckles.

I just ordered a Vimax extender yesterday and wish I wouldnt have. I actually began to believe that this wasnt going to happen so I went ahead and purchased the professional job. GRRRR!!! Wish I would have known.

I'm not doing a hanging routine right now because of a time limitation. Last year I was hanging about two hours per night then I would wear the extender for a couple more hours at night and 4-8 hours per day at work for about three months. I think I gained between a half inch and an inch. It takes time but you will make steady gains if you stick with the routine. Currently I am doing a fairly intense manual routine and using the extender for a few more hours.

I've already made the PA, Time to try making a Chance Extender I'll post pics when it's done.

Wouldn't the rope around the head decrease the circulation there or cause some bruising?

You have to take it off every once in a while just like anything else attached to your penis. But I've never had much problem and never had any bruising. This is a powerful device so I suppose if you got over zealous you could bruise yourself

I've been testing myn and working closely with Mr Salvini lol and Chance to make this happen, infact I think its safe to say [EDIT of it isnt and sorry if it isnt] that I started this rolling.
These Extenders look simple and work simple.
They are very good, and the noose works alot better than the noose on my Max-Extender.
I havent been useing the MOS Chance extender much because my length has shrunk lol since I have chance the measurements to make myn.
My stats were 8.25 inches and now its hovering at 8 inches lol and so fuckin pathetic right? ROF.
Anyway, I have it under the bed and it comes out at the end of a MAx Extender session, than I can stretch into it and give it a whirl for awhile.
The device stretches in ALL directions and feels comfortable.
Its made to YOUR SIZE...but I understand that Chance is tweaking his models so future models might be better and improved.
Buy from MOS, dont make your own....your supporting the forums with the purchase and also a Penis Enlargement product made by someone whom does it with accuracy and quality.
If you cant afford the Pumas and addidas of the Extender world [JES, ANDRO, VIMAX] than this is the direction to turn.
It works the same, infact it has more torsion than the commercial products so when your penis is used to the traction after many months and you feel you wonna go more advanced you can increase the traction past the normal commercial settings.

Red does have a point, you could get more lbs of pressure with these models that the Penimaster, which can only go up to 1500 grams I think.

I have tweaked the design a little and went out and bought supplies to make my own. I'll definitely post pics, I' am not sure but I think you may want to incorporate some of my enhancements in your design. I need to try it but I think my minor changes will add substantial comfort to the device. If you did want to add them it would only cost about .60 cents more per Extender. I paid a total of about $9.75 for all the materials and I think it will take about 10-15 mins to make. Thanks for the design Chance, Red, and DLD.

I had a question on the design, Is the device meant to swivel up and down? Does the head area move or is it supposed to be stationary?

How does that rope feel against the underside of the head or I guess I should ask does it brush up against the ridge of the head at all?

The only thing I quesiton is I heard using too much tortion can cause nerve and vein damage. And arn't the nerves under the glands supposed to be like sensative and if damanged never come back.

Answering all questions at once, I think. The extender is supposed to swivel up and down. That is how you get the tension by turning the buckles.The top of the extender that holds the noose can be moved a little, but it is tight and its not going to move much. You don't want it to. Likewise, the base will also swivel a little so you can turn it down in your pants or hit slightly different angles. The rope noose is not all that hard on the head. Obviously at heavier tensions it might get that way or with wearing it for a long, long time without removal. But all things being the same the rope noose is way more comfortable than a rubber noose and it won't stretch. Rubber will pinch the hell out of you after a while and will sting like a bitch when you take it off.
