We did the same to YouKnowMe for similar issues. His ban was up a few days ago but he has no returned, I guess he is not willing to live according to the SIMPLE rules of the fam.

If he can get at least to 80/20 ratio he can be big benefit to the brotherhood and I believe with more time and more maturity he will get to 100/0 ration as well.

What i can think of is that ligament will increase your size from pubic bone to the tip (regular measuring), but it will not make your penis longer itself, it only makes you reach longer with your penis since the exit point is lower. It's
not the same thing as what increaseing a penis really is. A bigger CC/CS will increase your "real" penis.
I mean, the scrotal sack will prevent you from making use of the ligament gains properly. You can't put the cock ring all way down, and can you even penetrate with the ligaments? Feels to me like ligament gains is
just an increased visual illusion as long as you shave the area. Also it will make you reach longer with what you already have. If i could change the ligaments to a penis with real penis skin & put scrotal behind the ligaments, is that even possible? Then it would be awesome and to me a real penis gain.
