Hello guys! This is not me on the picture and i'm not sure of who it is. Anyhow, this is just an example. When i first started PE i think i had very short ligaments to none ligaments at all kinda. My penis exited from my body straight away.
I have debated this thing a long time wheter it is something i would even like to have or not. You see how long those ligs is on this picture & that it consists of hair. All ligament gains will consist of hair. And also the scrotal will start from
the end of the suspensory ligaments. This mean your cock ring will have a limit on how far back you can push it. You can see how the skin+hair changes on the real shaft from the ligaments. Can you somehow translate those ligament gains to a
non-hairy penis? I don't want to extend my ligaments anymore, i want the shaft to grow instead :)

What i can think of is that ligament will increase your size from pubic bone to the tip (regular measuring), but it will not make your penis longer itself, it only makes you reach longer with your penis since the exit point is lower. It's
not the same thing as what increaseing a penis really is. A bigger CC/CS will increase your "real" penis.
I mean, the scrotal sack will prevent you from making use of the ligament gains properly. You can't put the cock ring all way down, and can you even penetrate with the ligaments? Feels to me like ligament gains is
just an increased visual illusion as long as you shave the area. Also it will make you reach longer with what you already have. If i could change the ligaments to a penis with real penis skin & put scrotal behind the ligaments, is that even possible? Then it would be awesome and to me a real penis gain.

Main pros & cons:

+ Visual illusion
+ Reach longer during intercours

- Ugly appearance if you don't shave it.

I have about an inch of hair going up my shaft. Always wanted to get rid of it.
 
stretch the suspensory ligs whit a stretching routine...different directions.


suspensory ligaments are the ones that keep the penis suported while its erect whitout them the penis wouldnt have enough ''strenght'' to stay erect..

Is this really true? :) So you say if i would make the suspensory ligaments longer it would affect my erection strength? I doubt it. It just feels like it changes positioning of your penis and can lower your erection angle.
When i started PE i had like none ligaments and when i had an erection my penis was pointing straight up to my belly button. The erection was strong, but with PE my erection got even stronger and bigger like ever before, but now my
erection angle has suffered a bit. It doesn't look kinda straight up like before anymore.

This is due to weak pelvic floor muscles. As we get bigger we need a greater volume of blood to fill the penis and if the PFM are weak they will definitely lower the erection angle. In my case I never lost any erection angle no matter how big I got and I give most of this credit to having very strong PF muscles.

Oh okey. I just randomly thought my pelvic muscles was strong due to my really good EQ and that it kinda are filled with blood very very close to maximum when erect. How can you in best possible way get to know how strong your pelvic muscles are then? Like a test? I don't know exactly what to look for to determine if they are strong enough!
 
Never believe the hype. You can elongate whatever body part you want. The reason your skin is higher up your shaft is due to skin displacement. You elongated your penis and ligaments, in which your skin is the only thing that didn't stretch as much along with everything else. People used to get erect, then hold their penis and pull down so the skin stretched downward from the glans. This works some what but many people simply have the hair creep lol. You can also do the stretches to get rid of turkey neck. It helps to move the skin down.

Now, for your pelvic floor muscles, PFM for short, the oldest and best way is to get erect and make your penis move up and down by doing your kegels. The more it moves the stronger your muscle. You do as many 1 second holds as you can, squeezing real hard and increase by one second each week or as you choose. There are so many routines you can do, it's ridiculous.

Now, at any point and time, get a large rag or towel and place it over your penis. Try to raise it as many times as you can. Once it becomes easy, you get the towel wet and then see. That's the true nature of your erection strength. Wet towel raises will break your will haha. That's the greatest and hardest way to strengthen your PFM.

I think the measruements is common logical sense and if someone tryes to tell me the opposite i will not believe them until they have a really good reasonable explanation. I will take the debate, feel like an expert already in that
area now since it's all just basic logic.

For me simply flexing the muscles when I am erect allows me to know how strong my PFM are. As time went on in my journey here, my PFM increased in strength exponentially. My erection angle is still at 11:00 as it was before I started PE. Even though I have doubled the volume of my penis I still can achieve high angle erections because of the strength nd endurance of the Pelvic Floor Muscles.

Cool. You don't happen to know how much tunica gains you have made compared to ligament gains? :) Would be interesting to know! Lengthwise!

Hard to know for sure. I came up with Bundled Stretching back in 2002 so I was using them long before I knew they effected the Tunica as they do, so this could account for some of the 2+" of girth I gained. Lengthwise I gained 4+" and I think I can also attribute some of that length to Bundled Stretching. I was a madman in my first 6 years, I would do anything to make things grow faster. I was constantly inventing new exercise, routines, tools anything that could speed the process so in addition to the Bundled work I was also doing a routine that included 2 hours of work twice a day.
 
6 years of hard training proved orthodox science wrong proved them that getting a bigger penis was a real thing whitout the need of a surgery..:).

Doctors n Surgeons the ones that know that PE is real they are not letting men know about it for obvious reasons...:)

So with your experience, what would be the best possible workout for tunica length gains? Ligament gains will not save me from getting a penis enough to do the job, as my "shaft" is not long enough, ligament gains will only let me use the full of it, and i have already experienced the feeling of using my full penis in a vagina, and i want more. Shaft/Tunica gains is my only shot, you have any tips for me? I'm considering extender.
 
You can still get ligament gains at any time. It's just the toughness of them that you have to overcome. Doing straight down and between the cheeks stretches will hit them hard. As your ligaments grow, so does your penis tissue and pulling out inner penis at the same time. So you gain from 3 places instead of just one. Focusing on just one like the tunica will limit you severely in gains. The best stretches for tunica are bundles and straight up.

i have been doing the foot long stretches for almost 3 months now,n most of the time i stretch down because i do them seated..

but yeah hitting three areas whit two types of stretching is great.
