Go through some of my posts to see my reviews about the VLC. Changes the SG from a piece of shit to a 5 star product! You can keep it on for hours and it is comfortable!

Nothing at all will happen, it is not being stretched in anyway therefor it will reman the same.
 
templnite: thanks for that link. I should be able to find some molefoam out here. I found the problem was partly alleviated if I pulled some scrotum skin up through the ring

I keep reading how people are feeling a "stretch" but so far I haven't experienced this, even when I'm stretching past my SFL

Also, I have this strap that came with the VLC; I'm wondering if it functions as a stretcher as well, or is only good for foreskin restoration. When i see pics/vids of ppl wearing it around their leg, it looks like it's stretching the dick pretty well

One thing I just realized: how many days- if any- should I be taking off? Or is it okay to just wear it 7 days a week?

On a side note, I'm noticing my flaccid hang is now almost always 4.75" - 5" after I take off the device.... normally it's 4" - 4.25"!
 
Damn that is so good to hear brother how you're growing so quickly! You shouldn't need any days off just keep doing what you're doing

Now that I've been at this a month, I'm starting to wonder.... how do I know when it's time to add more bars/progress in length?

It is always time, as long as you can get them in! You constantly want to press the intensity and add more and more length to the extender.
 
I'm seeing a lot of guys here sticking to a routine and coupling their SG work with hanging or girth work. I'm sort of just strapping the SG on when i wake up and gradually cranking the tension to max over 15-30 mins, then keeping it on all day (usually at least 7-8 hours) except when i have to shower, use the bathroom, or have sex.

Is that enough to see gains in a reasonable amount of time? I have a bibhanger but I don't really have the patience to get into hanging at the moment. Also have a Bathmate, but it seemed to have stopped giving me gains so I quit using it (and i heard simultaneous girth + length work is counterintuitive as it's "easier to stretch a thin rubber band than a fat one")
 
Something I've noticed since i added another pair of bars... my flaccid hang goes back to ~4-4.25" rather quickly after i remove the SG... whereas before i added the bars, it would stay at 4.75-5" even overnight

Anyone understand why that is? Is stretching too far past your SFL somehow counterintuitive?

When you title from an intense workout you know you did a good job! When the penis wants to turtle it is because it is fatigued, worn out.

Ok, thanks for the tip DLD. I added another pair of the biggest bars after your advice and actually I don't turtle anymore, curiously enough. Either way, progress is progress!

One thing that's holding me back is the amount of pain during higher tensions.... the bottom of the plastic ring (the part of the device that's right up against your waist) digs into the scrotum skin and soon creates a raw, chafing, burning pain. Usually for the first 1-2.5 hours during a high tension session, this isn't an issue, but after that it becomes too painful to keep on. This is easily remedied by switching to low tension for a few hours (figure I might as well get some extended healing in) but it's still a problem because 1) when it becomes painful at high tension, I'm often not in a position where I can duck into a bathroom to change the bars (on the bus, in the middle of teaching a lesson, etc) and 2) it seriously limits the amount of time I can put under tension

I've tried using various materials to cushion it, but nothing really seems to work

Does anyone else have this problem?

None of the above :)

What you will want to do to solve this issue is the Moleskin SizeGenetics Comfort Modification. This will make it so comfortable, even under intense extending.
 
Either you or templnite linked me to that a while back.... unfortunately, it's proven damn near impossible to find anything similar in Korea

Something I've noticed recently is this is a huge problem whenever I'm out and about.... but when I'm at home where I can go sans pantaloons, it's almost never an issue. I prefer to wear slim jeans and briefs, so maybe I need to wear looser clothes

Moleskin can be replaced by any soft leather. Lambskin is very soft and padded as is many animal skins. You must have a tannery in Korea, I would go there and see what they have to offer. If nothing else you could get it on eBay but I am not sure if they ship to Korea.
 
I suggest synthetic alternative which will work the exact same way. No animals have to die to make PE more comfy.
