Time and time again, whenever I try to implement stretching into my routine, its hurts my eq and leads to temporary shrunken/hard flaccid for a day or two.
I've stretched with various amounts of pressure, and it always seems to happen. I always reverse kegel while stretching, so no painful kegel yanks here.

Maybe I need to warm-up longer than usual?
 
In my experience in Penis Enlargement this is normal, I dont know if this is correct but I'd imagine the penis pulls back as a sort of automatic protection mechanism, its like your size is written in your dna and you are going against it. Anyways.. Back in the day before the extenders and mainly before SRT theory, many would, and, still skip the part where its a good idea to keep the penis stretched after workouts to promote elongated healing. You have to find a way to keep your dick stretched out at all times and especially after a workout. It will help you physically and also mentally. It is discouraging to pull on your dick for x amount of time, invest some pain and effort and then have it shrivle up haha

Do a search for ADS (all day stretching device) or size genetics, or Uncle Jim's Wrapping Method
 
Oh and it is common for EQ to suffer during length routines. You should read more of the theory threads to get a better picture of Penis Enlargement
 
Yeah, I suppose you're right. Thing is, the hard flaccid is scary.. and much more pronounced after stretching, rather than post-workout shrinkage. Looking into ADS
 
Make sure you are doing jelqs. That will allow the blood to flow even better. Especially after stretching. Throw on a wrap for all day stretching or an extender. Never let it turtle. Houseofroobees has it all covered.
