I have been wearing it for 2 days now and I barely notice I have it on.

Word of advice, DO NOT wear it while you are sleeping (night boners). I lost my dick last night. The head was super cold lol.

But this is great for extending and comfortable!!

I prefer Uncle Jim's Strap because of how much length it can hold opposed to the Stealth Innerwear. But for convenience the SIW wins that part of the review. Money wise, the UJS takes the prize.

It depends on the size of it for sleep wearing. You need a size up in girth to make it work. I have 2 sizes of them

i used these....i hate them ....they dont provide traction at all.....ace wrap is BEST !!!!! u can keep dick in whatever manner u want..

It is a novel idea that will be purchased by men in hopes of making gains but there is not enough resistance to cause any real growth. It may be a good way to keep elongated but I feel the Ace Strap is much more intense.

Yes your suppose to take the wrap off every so often because it is suppose to be tight enough to keep more elongated. I have wrapped loosely as well but wrapping tighter allows me to keep my flaccid longer. Overall wrapping more tight and stretched makes my flaccid bigger. Bigger flaccid should equal bigger faster gains. Loose wrapping is great for night time though. With practice you can wrap the right amount of tightness during the day and night, were you don't have to take it off much. But its a better idea to be cautious.

Using a silicone ADS is another great option. I wear mine all day and I get about 200 grams of traction out of it (estimated by comparing how much tension it takes from my SG to get to the same length it can hold me at). Keeping that on for almost 24 hours actually gives a pretty good stretch and is great for healing in the lengthened position.

Agreed. I'm quite surprised the brand/product lasted this long. Its such a small niche and counterintuitive to me at least. Not to mention, there has to be a very small profit margin.

Maybe the product makes the package look bigger and those are the main customers.

Yah I prefer to use the silicone sleeves with the weight cap. That's the best ads/extended healing I've found

actuall i dont .... i do pee test..if i pee properly then i know blood flow is correct...
plus now i wear a ADS so i dont even wrap all day....i only wrap at night

I got mine from AB Silicone, but be warned it will take a while to get it shipped and to you. The product is good though.

well i have the PF now...but as YKM said you can put ABsilicone sleeve with PF and sleep at night as it is more comfortable........
so am i supposed to buy only the sleeve or should i buy something else too.....
