i know it doesn't work overnight, otherwise... anyways, i've been at this pretty moderately for about three weeks but still haven't seen any gains...

i only stretch because i just want length gains, and do so for a good 20 minutes everyday... to this day i still haven't seen any gains... :( i was hoping for about 1/4 inch just to get my confidence up, but nothing...

i also know that just because i may get some starting out doesn't mean i will keep getting good gains like that... i know as time goes on, more time and effort will have to be given...

i usually stretch after i go that way i won't have to worry about getting hard... and for the past few days i've been pretty sore underneath the base and around base... i guess its working, but im still not seeing anything...

should i stretch harder? am i on the right track?

The newguy, for the record I pe'ed around 8 or so months and only gained .5 of girth. You are right, it dosen't work overnight. Don't get distraught though, it's important to keep a positive attitude about pe. Negativity is stressing the negative angle even if the event is positive. For example, when scientists discover something amazing, the media focuses on what can go wrong first.

For your question, I would say to stretch as you feel comfortable. Maybe you could use an aid, like the power assist. I use it and I think it's a great help in manually stretching.
 
Yea don't be discouraged....1/4 of an inch is a lot....and 3 weeks is a short time...its taken me over a month to get about 1/4 in length and in girth...just give it time and you will see gains...if you want my routine pm me.

i mean, i do feel better as i am pe'ing because i know that one day i will reach my goal, but its hard to stay away from the ruler you know? :)

do you all stretch until it feels like it almost hurts and hold that for 30 or so seconds, or just like a firm stretch?

also, nothing popped yet, but i know that there is no direct corelation with lig pops and gains... i think...

I'm in the same boat.. I usually do as much stretching as possible and haven't seen much. But, i'm taking the same approach to it as I did weightlifting..it definitely doesn't happen overnight.

Also, one morning I was doing stretches and I hear something pop. It scared the crap out of me and even made me feel nauseous. But since then it seems to be ok. Thanks for mentioning the "pop", because up till now, I had no idea what that was.

By the way.. like weightlifting, where you can workout 4 days a week, how many days a week do we do the penis exercises?

I work out everyday for about an hour- 2 hours. I usually try to at least get in a good hour long stretch session daily. But, and it is a big but, if my dick is aching and it hurts when I do the excercises- I stop and take a break for a day or two. Then, when my dick has recouped I go right back into it. Today actually is one of those days for me. My dick was feeling sore when I did a light routine yesterday, so today Im taking the day off. The thing you have to remember here is that this is not weightlifting. You arent building muscle, you are stretching your dick- so some of the rules dont apply to Penis Enlargement that apply to body building.
 
I know you only want length, but you should be jelqing after your stretching routine anyway, it is vital... Also make sure you use plenty of heat and try to keep your dick stretched out all day, don't let it hide away and shrivel up.

Remember, jelqing is where this whole Penis Enlargement thing originated from, so do it.

Was just bout to get to that. Addding jelging will add length. Stretch the ligs, get a wash cloth wrap it around your dick and pull from the shaft of your dick not the head you'll gain and save injury and pain.

As others have said here, don't sweat the gains versus time. Only think of the gains. It took me over a month to see my first 1/8th inch, but I got it, which is the important thing.

Also, why are you only wanting length? Girth makes the girls happy too, ya know. ;)

p.s. in some people, I'm one, lig pops do signal impending length increases. I usually see 1/16th to 1/8th inch increases in length shortly after lig pops. The first one scared the hell out of me though.

how do u get a lig to pop how u knowif it does??
 
Some people get them, some don't. I don't think they are vital for gaining in length so I wouldn't try to get them. You will definately know once you have had a lig pop though lol. It will feel like you have dislocated your dick from your pelvis, heh.

PenisHead is correct, some people never have them and they aren't necesary for gaining length.

How you would know is by the sound mostly, since I've never felt anything when they occur. My hand will jump just a little, accompanied by a faint pop or sometimes a sound like velcro tearing.
 
I was hanging 15lbs straight down while standing in my socks. I sneezed. Got the ol lig pop and it scared the crap out of me. All psychological. Nothing physical happened.

As far as be frustrated...gains come in micro-fractions of an inch at a time. Just keep thinking about water wearing down a rock one drip at a time...consistent effort is mandatory. Your cock and mine are no different than the rock.
