Hey guys,

Im having a bit of trouble with the ssj. after reading dld instructions and the picture

Once i am erect, its difficult to stay erect for long, cant hold to the squeeze for longer than maybe 20 seconds, the pressure softens me up, yeah my erections arent that great at the moment. and also in the picutre, it looks like he is bending it.

also is it the same as the horse squeeze video from this post? any other videos?

They are different, but you may be like myself and find the 'horse squeeze' easier to do. You may also want to try clamping. Many men who have issues staying erect enough for other manual girth exercises find clamping easier because, the clamp (or clamps after you have some experience) helps trap the blood for you.
 
Very different. IMO the SSJ is best as the compression can be held and utilized much more efficiently.
 
how are they different dld? any quick vids?

Ive never fought about clamping, thought maybe it would end up making things worse for me. maybe after awhile, i wouldnt be able to go strong without it or something. is it dangerous at all?
 
Check the MEMBERS VIDEO section a sticky thread is active with free videos. I use both SSJ and horse squeezes because for me they actually work slightly differently but that's just me.
 
I don't know how anyone could make these last super long, but it's easy enough to kegel more blood back in.

Seems to me that the value in the bend, sort of stretching things around the edges out, makes the SSJ a great one regardless of how long you spend on each rep. You can always just do more of them.

As noted elsewhere, though, I tried using them to avoid fluid retention with the Bathmate today and failed miserably. So maybe I just don't know what the hell I'm talking about and am doing them wrong...

I can't figure out the ssj either is it basically like a horse suze but your bottom kness is moved up higher than the base? and you push your hands toward each other?

does this happen to anyone? after horse squeezes the base of my dick is whiter then the rest cause I've been squeezes there for a while...then later on its kinda numb at the base where I squeeze....its like I'm crushing all the nerves or something
