I started just the length portion of the SRT method this past monday. Would this be the best routine to follow if I am just looking for great length gains? What gains could I expect if I do this? Thanks!

hello Daniel1!you are on the right track.you will make great gains faster for sure.hats off to you that you have made the right decision on your own.stick with the routine for at least 8 weeks and you will see visible difference.you will also get some moderate girth gains because when you heal in an elongated position,it puts stress on the tunica and accelerate the breaking down process thus yields some moderate girth gains as a bonus.i am seeing great gains in your future.good luck:)

Dan, If you put your all into the SRT length portion I promise you length gains within a couple of weeks! If you really stick to it and push yourself you could see an inch in length in about 2 months. Can you describe for me exactly the routine you will use? Or is it exactly the SRT length workout?

Thanks DLD! I am sticking to the SRT method exactly. The only thing I am slacking on a little bit is sleeping in the Uncle Jims strap method. That would be the only problem I am having. I'm just not used to sleeping with something on my dick but I will get used to it! Do you recommend adding something to this length routine?

That's awesome. On week 2 of the length portion of SRT when DLD says do 5, 30 second DLD Blasters. How exactly would you do that? Would that mean get in the A Stretch position and hold the kegel for 15 seconds while stretching then perform the reverse kegel for another 15 seconds while stretching for a total of 30 seconds? Good chance I am completely wrong haha
 
By the way, my measurements after week 1 are as follows:

BPenis EnlargementL: 6.8 - 6.9 inches
NBPenis EnlargementL: 6.3 - 6.4 inches

I can't seem to get a good clear picture with a ruler and stay 100% hard so you guys will just have to trust me I guess!

you are doing the 30 secs blasters completely RIGHT.:)while in the A-stretch position,15 secs kegel followed by 15 secs reverse kegel= 1 rep.

after the 4th week you will be amazed:)

We all gain differently. This is the best approach for length gains. I hope you are using a device?
