Recently I've begun to feel like splitting my workout throughout the day. I.e. Doing girth in the morning (Pump & Clamps) and Length (stretches) in the evening before bed. I tend to wind down watching a movie before bed which is the best time to stretch I think.

I tend to become irritated with the long workout of doing girth and length back to back.

Any advice on doing this? Good idea / bad idea?, possible side effects?

DLD does something like that from what I remember. Maybe he can lay down the blueprint of doing that. Good luck on your gains buddy.
 
a lot of members do split routine including me..it is more time sensible and i feel like i can give a better dedication to stretching in the morning and throughout the day...take a break for a few hours then give my girth workout a go after i had a chance to recoup a bit..so it's not a problem to split it up
 
Sounds good people thank you. I like doing the girth in the morning as you hang heavy for the day which feels good. The stretches can be done watching a movie as you don't have to worry about holding a hard on.

Girth is going in the evening....and streching in the morning....U will have smaller results if u doing your girth routine in the morning...my oppinion.When you strech your penis should be more relax then ever and girth exercise just make him hard(not hard-erection)just with lot of blood in,and that is no good for streching,and after girth routine is better to penis take some rest(sleeping is the key for the rest).Thanks
 
I prefer to train length in the AM as I do not have to concentrate too much when stretching. With girth I need to focus and be in the proper mood, this happens for me later in the day. I like separate sessions as they are very different from each other and require different mental states.
 
splitting your training in my opinion is much more effective than only one session because you will very likely benefit from the extended state of your penis the whole day. never let it turtle you know :)
at the moment since I have time I split mit training into 3 sessions and hope to get length gains again. my length is stuck for a very long time and I hope I will at least gain a few more mm. I need 0.2 inches more length to reach a goal. I don't want any more girth.

btw. does anyone know how much you can gain through lig stretching? for example if you cut your ligs how much would your penis be bigger (average)
