Another thread by me. Apologies.

Usually, there are no flaws when I am trying to understand something I am reading. Occasionally when reading something highly technical (undergrad level immunology, for example) I have to reread a sentence twice to ensure I have fully grasped the concept being put forward.

The description of the Slow Squash Jelq however, is lost on me. From what I have gathered, you grip at the base with one hand, and whilst maintaining pressure you raise your 'ok' symbol up the shaft about an inch (to force blood up to create for the pressure for the exercise), ensure you have less blood in the glans and begin to push your penis into itself with the palm. Trying this hurts and provides no benefit. I have looked at the diagrams countless times and cannot comprehend how this exercise is meant to be carried out as I am clearly doing it wrong currently (and as such have not pursued it past one experimental repetition.) Could somebody perhaps break it down completely for me. I understand it is a two handed exercise designed for girth, utilising blood trapped in the shaft during the repetition. I have also grasped it involves extended repetitions (DLD mentioned sometimes he holds one 'rep' for up to 5 minutes.) I really need to learn this exercise as my girth is lacking and, in tandem with the Bathmate I am going to order soon, I would like to learn the SSJ to ensure maximum girth gains with my routine.

Ta.

I've been asking the same question for years. I just can't get this right.

you're basically squashing your dick with both hands into itself. jelqing/clamping upwards from the base and pushing downwards on your glans with your palm of your other hand. this forces the shaft to expand outwards, increasing the diameter of the penis over time. cheers

As the exercise goes on some blood will inevitably slip past your clamping hand but keep your grip tight and keep the upward pressure from your clamping hand going as well as the downward pressure from your other hand. This should ensure a good amount of expansion throughout each rep.

This is why reps are important when using Slow Squash Jelqs. What I will do is hold the squeeze for no more than 1 minute before resetting the jelq. This is so I have excellent pressure through each rep.
