Some questions regarding manual exercises. #2 and #3 have me really frustrated:

1) I'm running JP90 from PEgym and I've seen some guys saying the routine takes them only 45 minutes, but for me it's 1.5 hours at the very least, sometimes 2. Is that generally too long for a manual exercise routine? It eats up my entire evening.

2) Jelqing: Most videos and instructions say to use an OK-grip with the palm facing up... but when I try this, a bunch of the skin between the shaft and balls gets in the way, making the motion awkward and feeling inefficient. Also, I have to really contort my wrist so that I start the jelqing motion from the base, or else I only start from bottom-mid/mid-shaft. So I usually do palm-down, but then I don't feel like any real work is being done. Anyone have tips regarding this?

3) Again jelqing: I frequently have to stop and get more erect, as my erection goes down when jelqing, even if looking at . Maybe from 80%ish to 30%ish within 7-10 reps (both hands). Is this because I'm squeezing too hard?

Had a brief time doing them maybe 6 months maybe more and i noticed some temporary engorgement my technique was the back of thw hand down but using both hands right left left right..

i started whit 300 and went to 600+ the pressure applied can be an important factor too.But if yu havent noticed gains whitin 3 months you should look for a new a routine.

Try the slow squash jelqs you can get good news doing them...

1) You're not supposed to take that long. If you're actually timing your jelqing session and your stretching session you should be doing less than 1 hour. You either need a timer, Or watch youtube videos to entertain you as you do your session but also pay attention how many seconds passed by each stretch. For example I'm watching a video and 30 seconds passed in the video, thats how long 1 stretch should be, so I immediately get ready for the next stretch and stretch in the next direction advised to do so.

2) Use lotion or some type of lube. I used coconut oil and works great. When I started I used vaseline as well. Note Vaseline does promote cancer as said in the ingredients so just a fore warning.

3) You don't need to always be erect when jelqing if you can't get erect while watching , massage it, or spin your dick in circles to get circulation going.

Exactly, a timer and YouTube, Amazon Prime or Netflix are key for a stretching session :)!
I like XNote StopWatch

Yup, much better than a boring ass clock. Rock movie and time will fly!

You mean the rotation stretch? B/c that's what's building up most of the time for me. I was told to do it very slowly, to get a good stretch in all directions

Jesus, really? Never touching that stuff again!

I tried loosening my grip last night and the EQ was more consistent. But now I'm wondering if it's too loose. Just how much pressure am I supposed to be applying when jelqing?

Rotation stretch? Well you should be using the timer on videos for every stretch you need to use it on. If you dont find it necessary to look at the time for a specific stretch then dont.

And also the bad thing about coconut oil is that it makes you lose EQ (Erection quality) if used too much. But you can use other oils safe for the skin if you want.

Squeezing a bit too much under the head does tend to make you lose erection. I say find something that works for you intensity wise. You need to feel like it's actually doing work. People vary in how much pressure for jelqing and stretching. I personally think people in a range from 0%-100%, 100% being full force, 80-90% for jelqing to really push up the blood to throughout the penis

I'm not complaining about being bored while doing the routine, I throw on a Youtube video or w/e,

But it's taking me so long and everyone else seems to be finishing it much faster, and I'd like to figure out why. I don't understand why something that takes others 30-45 minutes is taking me 3 or 4 times longer

Because you're probably resting between stretches or you're not counting right. Basic stretching 30 seconds each direction. Up, left, down, right, btc, btc left, btc right. If you're doing this for 30 seconds each that should be 3 minutes 30 seconds for
1 set. Jelqing you just give yourself a time. 10 minutes or something and just jelq, you don't need to count reps on that if you dont want to. even so if you do jelqing for 30 minutes and basic stretcing that is still under 1 hour.

Give me your exact routine and specify reps/ and or seconds for each exercise. Be as specific as possible.

What exactly are you doing and maybe we can help you trim it back a bit>>>>?

This is the write-up:

https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/2166-jps-90-day-beginner-routine.html

In summary:

-8-10 mins warm up

-Stretch and 25 kegels
-Helicopter shake 20 reps (5 rotations = 1 rep)
-Rotation stretch 10 reps clockwise and 10 reps counter clockwise (from the video provided, looks like roughly 30 secs per rep)
-Helicopter shake 20 reps
-Repeat 3 more times

-Wet jelq 150 reps
-V jelqs 90 reps (I found these too awkward and difficult, so I replaced it with 15 minutes Bathmate)

This should take no longer than an hour and you could also opt to break it up into 2 sessions a day if so desired. Some advice on the BathMate, I highly recommend that you use the SRT BathMate Workout, it is the best and safest way to gain girth. The routine is called the SRT 5x5x3. This takes approximately a half hour. I personally would skip the heli-stretches and go with the basic stretches in the Newbie Routine, that group of stretches hits every angle of gain. Continue with the Bundled Stretching before your routines. I also think you should include Kegel work to build stamina and eq strength.

From when I started, I only did one set of the whole work out. In 2 months I gained. It took me like less than 30 minutes to do the whole thing.
If you want to do 3 sets go ahead. OR you can do 1 set starting now, then increase in sets by doing them throughout the day as DLD suggested.

I also suggest you not take so much time in rotation stretch, I personally did them quickly like 1 second per 1 whole circle but while still applying great force.

Thanks DLD. I'm looking for SRT 5x5x3 both on the site and in Google but can't find anything outside a query thread. Is there a link with info on it?

Yeah it sounds like most people aren't doing the entire thing. Guess I can ease up. Thanks

Yeah just do what you can. If you only have time for 1 set then just do 1 set, you can do another set later in the day or earlier. If that's not possible just be patient. Once you've done 1 set for around 2-3 months you'll see gains. Around that time you can increase more sets. If you have trouble finding the time we can accommodate a schedule for you if you give us your 24 hour schedule as of now.

Don't waste your time with manual PE brother. Time has changed. Get the length master if you need serious length gains and also get the mityvac pump for girth.
