Just wondering if there is a safe way to stretch while sleeping. I was thinking something like ace wrap but would hate to wake up in the morning with a big purple head. any ideas?
 
I don't think pe while asleep is a good idea,you have no way of monitoring whats going on.
 
I have dozed off while Penis Enlargement'in. Part of my routine is while in bed, before falling to sleep and immediately when waking up. I've gone from 6.5-6 to 7.5 in less than a year. But you never, never never ever ever ever want to put something constricting like that on a small appendage and sleep with it on! Youll have a purplepenis allright!. I have used an ACE Strap for almost a year. I gave it up because I fell a sleep with it on and woke with a burning sensation that because worse when I took the band aid off. Purple and elongated beyond belief. In the morning, I pulled on it as far as I could, but it did not spring back. I looked in the mirror, the fucker was 6.5 inches long. Normally i am 4.5. It slowly returned to it normal size. I was happy to see a 6.5' hanger, but I was afraid I really had fucked up. Could not fuck for almost three weeks. My erections were rubbery. Needless to say, I gave it up.
I do not have regrets using the band-aid. After jelqing and/or stretching I wrapped my dick with an ACE. I found that if you pull the skin back from the head and wrap it from just under the head to 3/4 up the shaft that the ACE you could accomplish several things: 1) It would slightly extend the flaccid state. My thoughts is that doing the exercise you have basically injured yourself. Why not define the volume that you want your dick to repair itself in. Don't get greedy and extend it too much that cuts off circulation. 2) I could wear it all day with no problems with circulation. It would stay warm and the head would be pumped. I think the 3/4 wrap is essential to accomplish this. Plus it looked natural in my pants. You do not want to fake a bulge so wear oversize pants. 3) It stretched the skin. I have extra skin, enough to cover part of the head when erected. 4) It does make for a bigger flaccid dick. I stated at 4" and now have 5". But I am only claiming 4.5" These are flaccid measurements.

If you do use an ACE strap, do not wear it when you sleep. You may get away with it once or twice. And only wear it if you jelq and stretch.

Put your balls on top and your penis as far under as you can. swap sides from time to time. You will be surprised at the stretch you will get! GS

I forgot to add this: When you put your schlong between your legs, either clamp your legs together or cross them, nut sack up. Or you can put the whole package between your legs. Your legs should be bent up to your chest. Then, straighten your legs. You get a good pull and off to sleep. Chances are you will wake up and have to redo the package. Or you will get an erection and that will be okay, just keep straightening your legs and it will be a good lig pull. Really increses flaccid hang. Try it! GS

A long time ago I used to do this exercise while on the computer sitting in my chair and found it uncomfortable so I quit doing it.

After I read your post I thought about it and tried in bed while watching tv that night...for an hour. Since then I've averaged an hour per night with some time in the mornings but not long.

The results so far? Impressive to say the least. I'm gonna measure tomorrow (and you know how flaccid measuring goes) but I'm consistently about 4.5 to 5" with WAY less retraction throughout the day. That last part is very noticeable.

This is by far the easiest way to get flaccid gains but you just have to get used to it...be gentle when going into the position. And use baby powder between your legs and on your cock. Just remember to pull your balls up together.

Does anyone know if this effects erect length or is it just for flaccid?
 
After I Penis Enlargement and shower up, I do this "Lazy Stretch" in bed every time. I don't think this gives me any EL gains alone but does keep flaccid hang looking better and I feel that this keeps my cock from turtling back in after my Penis Enlargement session while I fall asleep which I think will probably help my cock heal in it's extended state which may help cement as much of my length work as possible rather than letting it pull back in and repair it's self while retracted. The time that I stay in this stretch, if it even is an actual stretch, varies depending on when I move in my sleep. I feel it is worth trying and it's not at all uncomfortable for me. Anything that can be done while asleep is worth a try for me. Especially if it maximizes my efforts. Try it a few times.
