Hey guys,

Ive been researching/seeking different ways to strengthen and gain more girth @ the base of my penis. I know now that hanging/downward stretching with the SG can help with the base girth.

In the mean while do you think reverse jelquing would help with that? - OK grip help with left hand at the head whilst the other hand reverse jelqs backwards toward the base. Is this dangerous?

Also are there any other exercises i might follow to strengthen the base ?:(

Thanks

That would not work as it would force blood out of the penis which will work against your goals. If you want to spot train girth at a certain point it is best to use the SLow Squash Jelq.

Ive just been reading that slow squash jelq thread, and i was wondering, if im targeting my base area, i wouldn't want to clamp off at the base now would I? Would you suggest clamping somewhere are the middle and then jelquing backwards or forwards from the base?/

As long as the base is clamped off the exercise will work, if you do not hold the base the blood will be forced out of the shaft being counterproductive.

If i want to target the base area for more girth im just not sure if i should be clamping off at the base, clamping off at the base will naturally cause more blood to get forced into the rest of the penis which is good if your targeting girth for the whole penis, but in my case i want to target the base...Hydromaxmm

I don't know even 5% of all you know in P.E DLD, im just trying to present my case and hopefully find the right kind of exercise to get working with.. :)

I was reading some where on another forum, this guy said to give him a tree trunk look ( which in my case i do want a bit - more girth at the base), he would get about 40%-50% erect and clamp/tie the middle of his penis nice and snug. He would then force blood back down from the head back to the middle and kegel at the same time to help make the base swell up even more.

Does this sound safe to attempt and would it work theoretically??

There was someone else who called it Bruiser 180s. Im not sure if this is the same thing or not?? ANy clues?
