Nothing too crazy but I'm going to try out this new routine where I'll just be taking things that already work and try to make them better. I have been doing a lot of work with "pulses" instead of holding stretches, I think the intensity is way more powerful and it definitely shortens the duration of the workouts.

Everyday I will try to get at least 3hrs+ in my SG.

Performing the Newbie Routine:
All of the same basic stretches, however to jazz it up a bit instead of doing 3 sets of 30 secs, I'll be performing 30 pulses to make a set, not only this, but I will be doing them bundled and pulling not only from the glans but also from the base. My brain offers me some faith that combining traditional and expressive stretching will prove quite beneficial, however only time will tell.

I do my own version of girth work similar to jelqs I guess. I use castor oil, watch ����, preferably a video at least 30 mins long, and I do variations of things for my girth, these include: standard very slow wet jelqs but I clamp the base first to have a fully engorged really heavy damn near exploding shaft/glans, then performing the jelq. Also doing SSJ's while clamping below the glans to have my head filled to the ceiling (not literally) and the shaft filled simultaneously. Lastly I'll clamp at the extreme base and clamp below the glans and just squeeze together all of the blood in the shaft. Keep in mind if your pubic bone isn't burning, you aren't kegeling enough.

And I just realized don't be confused of the wording, I don't feel like rewriting the girth part but NO ACTUAL CLAMPS ARE USED, JUST THE GOOD OL 5 FINGER CLAMP!

And to finish off I've still been playing around with erect stretches and being erect while in my sg but this is only in a premy stage, so give that some time for me to see is it's any good.

I am doing newbie stuff myself since I am a newbie. I currently start off with towel raises and then do 10 min of bundled stretches, 20-30 min of basic stretches and then later when convenient I do 10-20 minutes of wet jelqs and finish off with some half concious reverse kegels. Hopefully this will bring those newbie gains I want so bad :)

Can you explain more what you mean by "pulses"?

Newbie routine is perfect, if you can throw 20min jelqs daily too, your golden.

Thats the plan. And as my penis can handle new things I want to work in SRT size blasters. I tried it once and loved it but hated the red dots.

Certainly can explain, so when you stretch, at least for me, when I do stretches that are around 30 secs throughout the duration of the stretch the intensity of the stretch is getting weaker and weaker, that initial pull is where the most intensity is. So think of like playing tug of war, your penis is the "rope" and your base/internal penis is the opposing side. So it is literally pulling at max intensity for a second, it's attempting to tug on your penis as hard as you can, so it should be a motion of pulling really hard then rest. One sec extremely intense pull then one sec etc. So utilizing max intensity, you can bang out 30 reps in half the time as opposed to just holding the stretch for a period of time. This hasn't proven to work yet considering I just started doing them, but a good analogy IMO is like sprinting to jogging. You're max intensity for a shorter period of time as opposed to a dying max intensity in a lengthy stretch.

The newbie routine is likely to be re-arranged soon to include the length master. Newbie in the nearest future, will be making up to 2.5 inches in length within a year of consistent training once the length master is included.

We will be adding a few new routines to the new members site including LengthMaster and other tool workouts.
