I notice SRT doesnt reccomend using the LM till your already well in to the program. Will i hinder my results if i use it from the beginning?

And also on week 2 so i wake up early and pump for 6 upward jelws 6 min downward 6 min than slowsquash for 6 min than pump for 6 min. What if i cant stay erext for all this?
And also you said finish it off with 6 min of expressive stretching but is there a routine you reccomend? And do i do the stretching routine later that nightt or do i wear the cockring for 20 min than do the length portion?
 
And also what are the last 4 weeks of Srt workouts?
Sofar its
Week 1 strerching and the jelqs
Week 2 the girth than stretch
Week 3-8 stretch am size geentics than jelq and bm
What about 8-12?

Not at all , just make sure you don't stretch too hard,when you're using both hands on the length master you can easily use too much force and you could injury.

Maybe watching �naked people movies� could help you?While doing the exericses i mean..if not,work on your EQ...kegels,good diet...or if you look for something quick take viagra.

This type of stretching is called expressive because it expresses the internal penis...there are quite alot of expressive stretches ..my favourites are :

-Total package stretch ( grip with two hands all the package including the scrotum and stretch forward )
-The classic inner penis stretch ( i gave it this name don't kill me ) ( basically you ok grip at the very base of the penis and stretch forward )

If you do girth work followed immediately by length work it will suck because the penis is all buffed up and expanded from that girth work it will be very difficult to stretch.So take a few good hours between your girth and length work.

I guess you still do the same thing...stretching + SG , BM + SSJ + Cock ring

And so if there is no weeks 9-12 does that mean srt is only a 8 week workout?

I said 1 or 2 length sessions a week should be done directly after girth work to help break down the Tunica. Other than that I would stick with stretching prior to girth.
 
What? So i only stretch directly after girth once or twice than what do i do regularly that week?
And what about weeks 9-12?
 
Ahh wait you did say 6 minute experessive stretching after girth. And that would be my workout for the day correct? And my other workouts that week would be the simple behind the cheek workout?
 
Agh sorry im so confused. Im just trying to perfect this so i can gain can you please explain DLD? So week 1 its the stretch than jelqs at night
Week 2 i do girth in the morning and expressive immediatly after and thats my workout for the whole day and i do this once or twice that week.
The other 3-4 days of my workout that week are what just Behind the Cheeks to the Left - 30 seconds x 3
Behind the Cheeks to the Center - 30 seconds x 3
Behind the Cheeks to the Right - 30 seconds x 3
DLD Blasters: five, 30 second reps.??
No girth at night??

And how about when im in weeks 3-8 do i still want to do 1 or 2 workouts a week that stretch after girt in the am?
 
You are supposed to stretch after girth for 1-2 times a week...stretching..not expressive stretching.If you do expressive stretching after girth you're only pulling the inner penis out ,you're not stretching the " outside " penis.

You should do some stretching after girth once in a while no matter what your routine is.

yes you can add expressive stretches after girth too,but the best kind of stretches after girth are the regular stretches,to stretch the penis when it's expanded.

This is how your routine will look like :

monday : length work ------------- girth work

tuesday : length work -------------girth work + stretching at the end

Wednesday: length work -----------girth work

Thursday : length work ------------- girth work

friday : length work ----------------girth work

saturday : length work ------------ girth work + stretches ( only if you want )

sunday : length work ------------- girth work

So basically you stretch after girth work 1 or 2 times a week..nothing changes...you just add stretching at the end of a girth work...

But anyways what kind of regular stretches? Just up x30 sec?
Could i use the same length routine i used that morning?

These are good tips in general..not only SRT..yes regular stretches like the newbie routine stretches...you can add some expressive stretches too but i don't see why..and i don't remember when DLD said that.

Wait so DLD so no expressive stretching after girth? Do I just use the BTC routine? Could you clarify cause im confused. And what about the days im not dojng girth before length. Whats my routine?

Ugh...i don't get how you have problem understanding this...as i said..expressive stretches after girth will not benefit you in any way...the reason you're stretching after girth is to break down the tunica and stretch the penis in that expanded position...if you do expressive stretches , you're bassicaly pulling the inner dick out...you need to stretch the OUTSIDE penis.you can go for some expressive stretches too,nothing bad about it,but the best kind of stretches after girth are the normal,basic stretches..not the expressive ones.

Stop trying to follow SRT to the bone,you're gonna get very confused..the SRT routine is very simple to follow but you're just overthinking.

I will make it real easy:)

1 time per week do your length right after girth for the rest of the week do length before girth.
