Since your routine has obviously given you some serious girth gains,(unless you're naturally 7" girth!), what are stills neckbreakers, because I seem to be doing most things you are doing and not seeing anything! (To be fair i only started constrictors about a week and a half ago), but maybe knowing how to do the neckbreakers might help me to make a good start!

I haven't gained any noticeacble girth at all in the 8 or so months I've been Penis Enlargementing, any ideas to kickstart some gains? I want to do SSJs, but I can't for the life of me work out how to do them, I don't really understand the explanations!

And to be fair you have to get some consistent constrictor work in for at least 6 months before the good gains show up (at least from what I gather). Stick with it and make it part of your regular routine.

OK, here's a really simplified explanation that doesn't have all the "sexual frame of mind" stuff. Warm up properly. Get hard and jelq a little to get ready for the move (you can also add these on after your constriction work if you want to, makes for great expansion). I think an 80% erection level or so is best for this kind of work. Get an o-grip ready at the base, kegel hard and trap with the o-grip. If you do it right you'll feel the internal pressure go up and your penis will get a little larger and more vascular

  2. Now, do a slow dry jelq-type motion up the shaft for about 1". You should move the skin and feel it dragging against the tunica.
  3. Once in that position hold it and keep the grip really tight.
  4. Now, with your other hand, place your palm right at the top of the glans (if you're uncircumsized I suggest trying to cover the glans at least partially before doing this) and push towards your body. Think of it as trying to push the penis back into the body.
  5. Hold that pressure for at least 30 seconds.
  6. Release and start over.

So all you do is kegel and trap, doa short Uli, and then push down on the glans. Hope that helps. I think it's a good exercise that you can easily tack onto the end of your routine.

dude thanks so much that is the first time i've been able to understand SSjs, i wasn't too sure about the whole 'sexual frame of mind' and all that! How many reps do you recommend?

Also, anyone know what those stills neckbreakers are that redzulu keeps talking about?

If I'm getting a good pump from regular Ulis and jelqs I tend to add about 5 SSJ's at the end for good measure. I also use them, again about 5, after constriction sessions.

It is also good to note that you can squash in all directions. I have a tendency to want to squash in a bend downward but when I hit all angles my expansion is even greater.
 
1 min slow dry jelques are the way i got my girth gains,i hit em every angle 5 times.Hands got a lil tired at first,but after a while you'll get use to it.

The exercise is called Still's Neck Breackers.

''Hey guys. I'm sure somebody has already patented this but I dont give a shit. You know me. I was doing my clamp work a little bit ago and came up with this. I'm actually just taking a short break to upload these pics. I have not seen this decribed before so here goes.

You get ready for clamp work as seen in mine and Electric's demo threads. Get as engorged as possible using kegels, stimulation, etc. Grab your glans with one hand and squeeze it like you would to do a 'clamped horse squeeze'. NOW, taking that hand (maintaining that horse squeeze)....lets use the right hand first for example, rotate your glans 180 degrees+ to the right and hold it there for 20 seconds. Release, give yourself some stimulation if you need to, then repeat with your left hand. Try doing 20 minutes of these and see how you like em. I feel more expansion than usual in the side chambers than from those normal girlie horse squeezes

This is ANOTHER great exercise from *that other* clamp Guru .... its a width/girth exercise, I haven't tried it YET but it looks good.
Here's its description in Still's own words.

I 'discovered' an exercise last night that works VERY well with clamps. It's basically a modified bend+pan/width squeeze. Get max engorged, then you grab by your engorged glans. Now, squeeze the glans as if to do a Horse 440, take the wrist of your free hand and place it under your penis (still squeezing the glans). Bend your penis against your wrist...pressing the urethra area against your wrist. This feels a lot like a pan squeeze or 'width builder' squeeze, but youre also incorporating a slight bend. I did some of these in my session last night, and I got a very nice internal stretch in the side chambers. You should have your wrist turned so that your thumb on your wrist hand is pointing skyward. In other words, youre using the more narrow side of your wrist, not the wider, flat part. I added a picture of this exercise:

Both of these exercises have really helped me in clamping, gains are good with these.
