I'm relatively new to Penis Enlargement. Maybe 4 or 5 years ago (or more) I did stretches for a few weeks until that "phase" died out. I went from 5 1/4 to 6 and a hair short of 1/4 doing manual stretches.

I bought I FastSize extender and have been using it for about a week. I figure since I can wear it and do normal day-to-day things it'll work out better for me. My erect length hasn't changed yet.... 5 5/8-ish. But my real question is how to use it properly. I saw the video both here on MoS and the enclosed DVD sent with the extender but I feel I'm missing something..... or something didn't click.

When I first got it I was able to get a decent stretch.. I thought. But the next day I added a 2 cm bar.... the next two days 0.5 cm bar/day. My goal at the moment is get a stretch going to 6 inches. That's pretty much the limit for my member at the moment. After I first accomplished this in the extender it seems difficult to achieve again... except with manual stretching.

I have to work up to it now... taking off 1cm. Wearing it for a bit after extending it with the adjustment screws. Add 0.5cm. Repeat. Add 0.5cm. Get frustrated because it doesn't seem to want to cooperate. That means essentially that it seems I can't pull the head far enough forward so it can sit "right" in the tray before I strap it down.

How does the head sit in the tray correctly? Right now I'm wearing it -2cm off my peak and my penis is stretched to about 5.5 inches with the adjustment screws pretty much maxed. The tip is about right on or slightly ahead of the front of the tray. With the additional 2cm my tip would be behind the front of the tray and with the screws could get the stretch to about 6 inches.

No matter where it sits after the first few days, as it seems the strap is always "rubbing" against the bottom of my head, that area has become sensitive when I put on the extender. Any advice for padding besides the foam tubes that the extender came with? Should I clamp down the strap harder so there's less "rubbing" (i.e. the penis wanting to return to normal length and pressing against the padding)?

If anyone has had similar issues with extenders what did you do to fix them... Thanks a bunch

You shouldn't be trying so hard. Don't add bars that fast. You have to relax and let things happen.
 
How far should one stretch each time? When I first started I was listening to the DVD a little too well IMHO.... they recommend a slight stretch. So that's what I did. And I thought it was a "good" stretch at the time but I could stretch a bunch more... and I think I just "worked up to" my stretch limit instead of just going straight for it off the bat.

I kinda liken it to touching your toes. If you can touch the top of your toes but place your hands on your shins instead. I'm not sure if that's going to help increase your muscle length... maybe maintain it for a certain time. As oppose to touching the floor being slightly more then your capacity at the moment.

Is that a good analogy of how to approach this?

I'm more concerned with how tight to clamp down the head, if sensitivity is normal, and how to lessen it if it is.
 
The toe-touching is a good analogy. It sounds like you are overdoing the stretch. Slight stretch is right.
 
What is a good way to retro fit the noose on the extender? Mine slips off sometimes and when it doesnt slip off it is uncomfortable.
 
This is the first and foremost problem with these devices. The second is the circulation cut-off. There's not much that can be done other than rigging up padding.

I thought about doing some hanging to intensify things. The extender seems okay but I figure heavy weight would work better. Suggestions?

I only Penis Enlargement about 4 to 6 months of a year and I work as follows:

1. Follow Bib guidelines and build up in time
2. Then build up in weight by 1 pound per week
3. Hang for no more than three sets in a row to minimize discoloration, discomfort and injury
4. Use the HD SS for as many hours as I can afterward to keep the hanging effect

Mild jelqing in the shower. Moisturizing lotion. Keep hair trimmed (for me stretching can promote in-grown hairs).

Once I pick up a solid 1/2" I start to cement by not increasing weight for another month. I then reduce weight and time until I'm done. I increase jelqing in the off-months for girth and general penile health.

I have tried numerous techniques and tons of equipment but this combination has worked very well and I plan on adding another inch by this time next year. At this point I'll be done with everything except jelqing.
 
Hi Moregains123.OK,so to just clarify something...when you jelq,is it right after the hanging,or at the very end of day,when you are done hanging followed by the extender usage?What's better?Thank you.
 
I jelq after hanging and the using the HD. I keep it light though. I wait for serious jelqing for the down time months.
