I uses to take pre-workout supplements like Craze, Jack3d and Hemo-Rage about half a year ago before I even knew about Penis Enlargement. I noticed smaller flaccid hangs after I used them. I haven't used them since 2012 and started Penis Enlargement really hardcore in February 2013. Now I'm back into lifting hardcore and miss my pre-workouts but don't want my gains to suffer....

Any thoughts on pre-workouts? I've searched the bodybuilding.com forums but they are tools.

I too hated that about pre workout supps not to mention my flaccid already turtles just by working out all natural.

NOt sure if you've ever played with n.o. xplode but that used to be my gym partner a few years ago, and I just found a caffiene free version that they have created now I'll let you know how it works out. I got a 20 serving jar for 13 bucks from supplement warehouse.
 
Yeah, they're jacked with stimulants which act as vasoconstrictors. Craze was my favorite preworkout but it gave me limp dick when i tried to bone within a few hours of taking it. Not swag.

I've been using a preworkout called Prodigy. Contains a heavy dose of Citrulline Malate, Agmatine, and Arginine in addition to the beta alanine, COP, creatine, stims. The stim dose isn't that heavy and the pump I get on it is ridiculous which counters the effects of the stims nicely. Additionally, clamping postworkout has been more intense.
 
In the body building forum of MOS, kingsnake posted about "L-Citrulline for better erections". I eventually read through all of the pages on that thread, and there were numerous guys confirming that this supplement gave them stronger erections. The pre-workout supplement I take, Neurocore, has this supplement. I'll quote myself here:

Personally, I take the fruit punch flavor and mix it 2/3 fruit punch Gatorade, 1/3 water, and add liquid enhancer (fruit punch flavor), which contains vitamin b3, b6, and b12. But you can do it however you like!

In theory, this pre-workout should actually help your EQ, so I don't foresee it hurting your flaccid size. I get a reduced flaccid size when I lift weights, as all of the blood goes into the muscles I am using while lifting, and not my dick. To try and counter this, I simply wear an ADS like UJW while I'm in the gym, and I never do girth work after my workout. I treat my workout similar to masturbation; I don't do it within at least 6 hours of when I am going to be doing girth work. As far as after, I do that a lot because of time. I simply wear a tight cockring to keep the blood in and check on it within 1 hour of putting it on (kind of annoying when you're in the gym, but it's worth it). There may be other pre-workouts with this same supplement. But whichever one you choose, I would certainly look for the L-Citrulline.

No I've had this and it fucked me up. It has 1-3 dimeth and caffeine in it. Both bad for circulation.

That's unfortunate, it seems to work fine for me. I think the bigger reason you get a smaller flaccid is that you are lifting weights. I do agree that those two ingredients can decrease blood flow for 4-6 hours after ingestion. However, the L-Citrulline significantly increases blood flow. I'm not sure the science behind it, but I don't think that 1-3 dimeth and caffeine would simply negate the positive effects L-Citrulline.. But I'm no chemist. Regardless, maybe there's a preworkout out there with L-Citrulline and no 1-3 dimeth? I'm sure most of them are going to have caffeine.
 
My dick turtles just because I'm squating, dead lifting or benching. I don't think it has anything to do with any pre I take. I will say the "stim dick" is pretty lame. I'm so swoll in the gym the ladies fall to their knees and open their mouths on my leg day. It a curse.

I have always felt that pre's are a mix of ingredients fighting it out- like a vodka redbull. The vaso dialators like Arginine and creatine pale in comparison to caffeine, taurine and 1,3 dimethyl.

I am all about the uncle Jim for lifting days. Girls be Mirin the package and you stay elongated while you get huge. I'm gonna go crush chest.
