Well guys, I have been on my PA workout our for a while and I am seeing some
nice gains plus some new stretch marks. I thought I would share my routine here for some of the guys looking to get started with their PA's and give some insight into some of the mechanics of why I chose this routine.

10 PA A-Stretches 5 Left, R Right, 60 seconds
10 PA 2-handed A-stretches, 60 seconds
10 Bow and Arrow stretches, 5 left, 5 right, 60 seconds
10 2 handed Down and outs.

I normally start the 1st two cycles a little lighter intensity as a warm up. These stretches can be very intense and I would rather build up in intesity so I can get a really awesome stretch toward the end of the workout.

I do this in a cycle starting with the Left hand A-stretch then the 2 hand, then the left hand bow and arrow, then the down and out. I then swith hands to start the next cycle. After the first 5 cycles, I then do 5 rotary cranks starting with the left hand and then take a 5 min break. After the break, I start all over but of course I then start with the right hand. After this 5, I then do 5 more rotary cranks.


Why I chose this workout:

I picked these 4 PA exercises because it seemed to me it worked the 4 basic angles. Up, down, left, and right. I can really feel the stretch in all 4 directions. To keep my post workout stretch, I also wear my Penismaster for about an hour or two afterwards.

Since it is not needed for these exercises, I cut the rope off of my PA. It makes the transitions between exercises alot better/faster. Also, I looped a golf score clicker through one of the holes at the end to "click" every time I finish 1 cycle. Not that I need it to keep track of the ten cycles, but it is kind of like a ritual to keep me focused on my stretches. With that, I also use golf gloves as well as I feel I have a better grip and control.

Well, thats it. I hope some other guys will share their PA routines and let us all know how you are doing. I have gained about a quater of an inch in my flaccid stretched legth with this so far but I haven't measured erect yet. I am very excited about this routine and I feel quite confident I will reach my legth goals with this very soon.

Do you do any other non PA length workouts in conjunction with this workout?
 
It was going great DLD but like I said in a previous post that I decided to stop until the wife got home. Now that she is home, I am about to start back with the PA/PM routine.
Have you added anything to it or made any modifications to the workout? How many times a day are you doing it? Knowing you, probably 5 or 6! ;) Are you doing it in cycles the way I started doing it? I hope others start this routine as well so maybe we can track some gains with it.

kooky, I am only running through the routine once because I have so many other routines and exercises I am trying to work with for future Phases. As of now, the routine has been incredible for me and I think it should remain unaltered. Give it a few weeks and see how things pan out. I would say 3 times in a row (or daily) will be a good workout.
 
Wow! 3 times in a row?!?!? I am sore as hell after I doubled the time from 30 seconds
to 60. I don't know if the little dude could take 3 times in a row! I usually run through it
and then strap on my PM at least for 2-3 hours afterwards.

I was only commenting on how I know how intense you train every day that you would need more than one time through to even get yours a little sore.

BTW DLD, shoot me a PM with a mailing addy or a PO box along with your hand size
so I can mail those gloves to you.

by 3 times in a row/ daily. Do u mean like 30 cycles, 10 cycles in each routine if done three times daily?
 
Yeah...I think thats what he means. Though I can only run through it twice.

Doesn't that mean about a 3 hour length workout? That's quite serious. Might try it through once and see how it goes. Looks pretty good from here.
 
Give it a go once and see what you think. I think it's a great overall workout because it works in all 4 directions. Also, I would try some really light golf gloves with it as well to give you a better grip and to devrease the fatigue on your hands.

Golf gloves. Good idea. Recently I've been using a grip aid in the form of a clamp (not like a cable clamp, more like a Bib hanger). For more info on my opinions on using grip aids alongside the PA check out this thread. http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17968

I suppose that I will have to do this workout in two twenty minute sets in order to release my clamp and restore blood flow. . . . OK, now to do it.
 
The golf gloves are great. I have a buddy that works in a pro shop and he gets me deals on discontinued items or stuff that they plan to send back. I can get a much more intense stretch using them. That is what I do the first two cycles kind of light to warm up to the more intense pulls I can get with them.

Kooky, A+ workout man. I'm also doing a very similar power assist workout. Its too eary to tell, but after the workout my arms and penis feel really fatigued, and that's what one wants.
 
Thanks man. I came up with this a few day after I got my PA and I feel as if I done very well with it. The man himself(DLD) checked it out and he and I PM'ed each other a few times with it. I think I done very well with it.

Now, due to a new job and just being busy as hell, my Penis Enlargement activities have once again had to taper off for awhile. This really sucks because I had just gotten into a good groove with my PM and my data sheet.

If you can make any improvements or mods to that workout, and you see results, share them with everyone here!

Kooky, I am currently using latex gloves for gripping the glans when stretching. However, after awhile my hands start to get sweaty, and my grip starts slipping a bit. Just how good of a grip do you get with those gloves of yours?
 
I can tell you that I never have ANY problems with my golf gloves. I think they are the perfect add for this sort of workout. I can honestly say that I have never had any slippage problems at all. And, you could even use a little baby powder to make it better.
