Hows this going? anymore gains with it? I wont to start a length routine soon and tried a manuel one but I prefer the PA for more power and rests the hands more so this interested me.

I'm starting this routine back up as of 1/29. If you have looked it over but haven't used it, I would go with this for now. Try it for 30 days and then you can taylor it to suit your needs for a longer or shorter workout. I know I gained with it while I was on it and I am hoping to kickstart my length with it again. If you have some sort of JES or PM, I would suggest wearing it after as well for a bit to keep your stretch going.

I normally start the 1st two cycles a little lighter intensity as a warm up. These stretches can be very intense and I would rather build up in intesity so I can get a really awesome stretch toward the end of the workout.

I do this in a cycle starting with the Left hand A-stretch then the 2 hand, then the left hand bow and arrow, then the down and out. I then swith hands to start the next cycle. After the first 5 cycles, I then do 5 rotary cranks starting with the left hand and then take a 5 min break. After the break, I start all over but of course I then start with the right hand. After this 5, I then do 5 more rotary cranks.


Why I chose this workout:

I picked these 4 PA exercises because it seemed to me it worked the 4 basic angles. Up, down, left, and right. I can really feel the stretch in all 4 directions. To keep my post workout stretch, I also wear my Penismaster for about an hour or two afterwards.

Since it is not needed for these exercises, I cut the rope off of my PA. It makes the transitions between exercises alot better/faster. Also, I looped a golf score clicker through one of the holes at the end to "click" every time I finish 1 cycle. Not that I need it to keep track of the ten cycles, but it is kind of like a ritual to keep me focused on my stretches. With that, I also use golf gloves as well as I feel I have a better grip and control.

Well, thats it. I hope some other guys will share their PA routines and let us all know how you are doing. I have gained about a quater of an inch in my flaccid stretched legth with this so far but I haven't measured erect yet. I am very excited about this routine and I feel quite confident I will reach my legth goals with this very soon.

I've just received my PA. I've done the newbie routine for 2 months and the phase 2 for 4 months (but I've actually worked out for a total of almost 2 years now). Is a good choice to go with the above PA routine and step in to the phase 3 for the girth portion? Now I am 7 EL - 5,5 EG, and what I'm really starving of is reaching the 20cm notch (7,8 inches) regardless the girth, especially because, in my personal taste, my current penis is disproportionate, is too large for its lenght. Does it make sense to privilege the length portion? I mean, for exemple, to do 2 different length routines instead of one length and one girth, maybe 2/3 times aweek?? I'm wondering it, just because something tells me that the larger my penis becomes, the harder is to lenghten it...Probably it's just a limiting belief... Anyway, you know my goal, please help me finding the right routine to get there as fast as possible!

Could I just ask How long in size is the Power-Assist and Lenghtmaster? Are both those devices around 20 inches in lenght? I just though of locking it into a Safety deposit box.

The PowerAssist is 14" x 1.5" x 5" while the LengthMaster is 12" x 1.5" x 5". The curved arms of the LengthMaster make it 2" shorter and this was done to add more strength to the Arms. Hope that helps
 
This can be used for the lengthmaster

Yes the Lengthmaster to be used in place of the power assist. The Lengthmaster has a PowerAssist attached to it so there’s no reason that anyone can do every exercise from the PA using the Lengthmaster. The PA exercises are only a small part of what the Lankes master can do. All PA stretches or fulcrum stretches, very effective and very powerful. The LM can do all of this plus so much more! The LM you can hang with, so cream stretch, expressive, bundled, rolls and a host of other exercises.
 

I’m gonna ass lightning to start selling the chambers So men who have bought the PowerAssist can make it a Lengthmaster . Before we were not able to do this because the PA was much different then the PA we used for the Lengthmaster. Now the PA and the LM use the same foundational body allowing users to add the chamber later.

I was cut tight when circumcised. Using an extender and pump definitely helped me regrow a ton of skin - now I have several stretch marks. I think it's just from the skin growth though and isn't related to any length gains.

Skin stretch always comes before a gain
