When you guys post about having .5"+ etc. girth after a workout do you actually mean you're rockhard and can measure .5" more girth???.....
I mean, after an intense long workout of edging, my rendition of SSj's, jelqing and uli's and kegels my dick is definitely more vascular and fuller but I dont think I could measure any actual gain....
If thats really true i have absolutely no hope in hell of gaining any girth....
Except for these sweet kegel gains :cool:

Have you measured? You may be surprised... I measure a good .4 inches bigger hard lately after a kickass girth routine.

You could also take "clamped" measurements. Just put on a clamp or cockring and take a measurement. Make sure you get to that measurement every workout to make sure you are getting good expansion. You will see your clamped measurement increase over time.
 
i wont stop my girth work untill i measure at least 1/4 ir 1/2 bigger hard
 
Normal erection im 5.0 in girth. Clamped I usually start at 5 2/8th and it works up to 3/8 then 5.5 if I go hard. Generally if i get up in the 3/8 or 5.5. Ill measure 5.1 unclamped but thats about it. I only get 1/8th of a gain post workout.
 
I'm 5 1/8" EG and I try to get at least to 5 1/2" by the end of the session.
 
I'm 5 3/16 and i try to get at least 5 3/4 clamped girth by the end of my session at the circ scar.
