Sup Brothers?!

So in a nutshell. I've been hanging weights off my dick for about a month now. Following my hang sessions I strap on a SG for about 2 hours. I also try to use the Bathmate every day. 10 minutes morning 10 - 15 minutes evening and recently I started incorporating the Bathmate hardcore stretches (AWESOME). I also clamp about 2 to 3 times per week, 3 x 10 min after a Bathmate routine, the expansion is phenomenal btw.. So I gained about 1/2 inch in BPSL. The thing that concerns me is that my EQ is horrible. I can get an erection but its at about a 7 and if left unstimulated for a few seconds it immediately subsides so I know that prevents me form getting a true erect measurement. One thing I note though for sure is extreme soreness at the base of my penis pretty much all the time.

I work out 6 x week 1 day off. Should I keep on training the shit out my dick and suck up the poor EQ? or should I make adjustments to my routine? from my understanding it is best to hang everyday but Im thinking I could hang a few times a week and the days I dont I could substitute with manual stretches so as to not have such an intense effect on my penis. I do kegel work as well but my erections dont improve.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated :cool:
 
try cutting down how much you do. you have to let your body rest. 4 example; if someone has a fast metabolism. by all logic they will heal faster. if you are prone to gaining weight it might take longer. my suggestion is to wait until you erection cums back strong. about 2 wks. then try 3 days a wk. every 2 weeks or until you feel comfortable. add a day until you can do 6 days straight. on those days off jelq to keep the stretch. you only get 1 dick.
 
also try cardio 2 or 3 days a week. strengthening your blood flow won't hurt. i look at things from a chinese medical stand point. perhaps your doing everything right. it could be a symptom of another underlying issue i.e. blood pressure, heart issues. take care and happy peing.
 
You have answered your own question; only you can make the decision for yourself and your dick.
What's more important to you right now, size gain or erection quality?

In would back down your routine to every other day to allow your erection quality to recuperate. Some guys can go at it much harder than others and this is due to fatigue and eq. Some guys just need more rest than others. Continue to work on erection quality through Kegels and using your Bathmate. As you see eq return incorporate more time.

Just anecdotal stuff here. I worked out hard all week last week and took the weekend off. By Sunday my EQ was tip top whereas, during the week after workouts, my EQ was stubborn and disappointing. I'm taking a day off today after going really hard Monday and Tuesday. Depending on my workout on Thursday I may go to a 2 days on, 1 day off routine.

peruano, Theres tons of threads on that. I personally used the VLC tugger. I would put the device on but instead of strapping it to my leg, I would hang weights no it. Works like a charm. I quit though cos my EQ really took a toll.

As far as my EQ, its back to normal now. I did real light SG work paired with light Bathmate sessions and divosuit action; just to keep it going without too much stress.

I am going back to basics. Manual stretches and Bathmate with SG and divosuit in between.

I got to tell you guys. It all started when I was doing the manual stuff in the begging with Bathmate. I started working out like 2 on 1 off, something like that, and I remember that I started to incorporate Bathmate hardcore stretches and within like 2 weeks I noticed a solid gain. I of course got very excited and ever since then I started Penis Enlargement'ing every day. I got carried away. So I believe that for some people there is a lot of potential for enlargement with real basic exercises. Like the old KISS saying goes: keep it simple stupid! I mainly apply it to myself, not that I am calling anyone stupid.

So Penis Enlargement has been and continues to be a great journey that other than making my sexual organ larger it has taught me to become aware of my body and my mind.

You have to do kegels like your life depends on it. Your routine is very intense therefore, there is likely to be weak erection due to fatigue. How much gains have you made so far?
 
Exactly keggles are so important to having a good erection. you should be doing them all day everyday.
 
So important.
You are making sure your pelvic floor muscles are strong, and therefore can push in blood into your penis as you grow bigger.

I too need to increase my EQ. I read over everything and so far we have:
- Plenty of rest
- Cardio 2/3 times a week
- As many Kegels as possible
- ...A pumping routine?

Strength training/lifting weights is important. Also you should avoid negative anticipated stress, that is: To not worriy about the future (I'm myself specialist on that task). Positive anticipated stress is good, to some degree.

Also it's important to supplement Vitamin D3 if you live in a cloudy country. Most people and men have to low levels in their system, and that impacts their body in a negative way. This is true for people that work inside and live in Nordic countries. The Healthcare system do not catch this. The recommended levels are to low.

It's important you supplement with Vitamin D3 and not D2 because D3 have a higher bioavailability for the body. If your good with scientific papers I can link a .pdf file where you can search on every supplement, and find out info about them in a easy structured way. It's from examine.com when you could buy their supplement guide. Nowadays you need a monthly subscription to get to this data.
