Sup Brothers?!
So in a nutshell. I've been hanging weights off my dick for about a month now. Following my hang sessions I strap on a SG for about 2 hours. I also try to use the Bathmate every day. 10 minutes morning 10 - 15 minutes evening and recently I started incorporating the Bathmate hardcore stretches (AWESOME). I also clamp about 2 to 3 times per week, 3 x 10 min after a Bathmate routine, the expansion is phenomenal btw.. So I gained about 1/2 inch in BPSL. The thing that concerns me is that my EQ is horrible. I can get an erection but its at about a 7 and if left unstimulated for a few seconds it immediately subsides so I know that prevents me form getting a true erect measurement. One thing I note though for sure is extreme soreness at the base of my penis pretty much all the time.
I work out 6 x week 1 day off. Should I keep on training the shit out my dick and suck up the poor EQ? or should I make adjustments to my routine? from my understanding it is best to hang everyday but Im thinking I could hang a few times a week and the days I dont I could substitute with manual stretches so as to not have such an intense effect on my penis. I do kegel work as well but my erections dont improve.
