that is the complete absence of a fat pad where the ligaments are visible at base.

@ AClion: I don't believe that: if you really got down to 10% BF you wouldn't have an inch thick fat pad. That's for sure. I guess the body fat measuring method you applied wasn't reliable (if you want to knwo for sure use a caliper and nothing else). I have about 0,4" of fat around there and I'm sitting at 12-13% bf right now.

I heard fat pad liposuctions cost about $500-$1000. Depending on fat pad size; it could be worth it.

Only thing is though I don't think it prevents it from coming back, you could the fat remove but it would suck if after some time it started creeping back up
