Penis EnlargementNIS YOGA

Our body is in a constant state of fluctuation between anabolism and catabolism. On the surface this balance if you will, should be counter-productive. It is however not so when you realize that this balance is necessary in order for the body to change when forces act upon it. The body, just like nearly everything in existence(depending on your belief system=i believe in an open universe concept) is reactionary. What does this mean? Well ladies and gentlemen, what stimuli you apply to your body determines its reaction. Now, to be fair, there is a bit more to it but I shall cover that later. What does this mean for penis enlargement? Contrary to what most ivy league scientists think, the penis is not inert and does not just shrink with age. If something in the body can be catabolized(broken down) then the opposite should be possible. I shall illuminate: If the body did not have this ability in the penis, then it would shrink rapidly soon after puberty, would it not? Many might argue that the tissues are totally without receptors. Really? Why does it shrink with old age? Something is acting upon it. What could it be? Simple-it has receptors. It has the ability to be broken down. . .and the ability to be built up! An argument that follows is thus: Well if it can then why aren't men everywhere experiencing penis enlargement?? I shall restate what I said previously. The body is reactionary, thus the stimuli that is placed on it determines its reactions. When you exercise, do you know what happens? I shall not seek to be overly in depth about this, as I do not need to be. When you workout, if ample(though not too much!) stimuli is placed upon the muscle and the individual eats ample amount of calories and in the correct ratios, then strength or size shall result. Depending on the stimuli one may obtain more than one or the other respectively, but both shall be obtained in some proportion. Now what about it stimuli is placed on the muscle without ample rest periods? Say every day? How about twice a day?? How about the average number of times the average male masturbates?

It states later in the article that it is broken down by cortisol, since it does not discriminate in tissue breakdown. What are androgen receptors? Proteins. What does cortisol have an effect on?? Proteins. So how does this apply to the penis and the lowering of receptor content in the adult penis?? Simple. We have all been dumb fucks. I admit. I was one too. So were all the scientists...We masturbate what 2-3 a day, every day? Then we do what?? Exercise the penis with Penis Enlargement routines??! Dear GOD! The receptor content is OBVIOUSLY GOING TO PLUMMET! On top of that the body sees the stimuli as destructive and starts rushing collagen to the area to form scar tissue. So what happens?? the penis becomes foreshortened and then gets bent or any number of things! Now I know that what I have just said it a lot to handle. I also know that it might be disparaging. What is that proper Stimuli??? As we age we become less flexible. Is this a natural process? No. It is a response. As we get older we stop moving around as much and so much or we are over worked at our jobs. So what does this cause? Collagen build up and therefore a loss of flexibility. So how do we reverse this?
Simple gentlemen; With proper stimuli in the proper amounts and we eat right and get our sleep...

That proper stimuli is stretching. Yoga. You see by stretching(applying stimuli) The body begins to breakdown collagen. This is evident in such cases as physical therapy. In physical therapy they seek to breakdown scar tissue and restore proper function. The body goes a step further however...in muscles every single muscle fiber is wrapped in a collagen sheath. Then a bundle of them is wrapped in another. Then those bundles in yet ANOTHER! Some believe that the ability to stretch is just the muscles being able to extend further. That is only half the story. If the collagen fibers did not also become flexible, then flexibility would not increase. So how does it?...

ELASTIN

By applying yoga techniques to the penis it can cause the appropriate reactionary response. Increased flexibility-therefore-elasticity. When gently stretched, just as in yoga, the body begins to metabolize collagen and replace it with Elastin. When the Elastin content rises, so too does the maximal stretched length of the tissues, therefore A LARGER Penis EnlargementNIS!!

By applying gentle stimuli to the penis in the form of squeezes,stretches, and massaging both length and girth will increase. Remember, not too much pressure and do not apply harsh stimuli or too much stimuli. This means do not masturbate either. Masturbation is not only usually too harsh but it also causes a rise in prolactin which reduces erections and thus the life giving blood that contains the growth factors that will cause the adaptation of increasing elastin content.

Take this information and apply it to your regimes and please SPREAD IT!

I am a sophomore in college, but have a graduates to masters level understanding of the body. The above information is the result of 5+ years of research, blood, sweat, and tears.

I agree with some of what was shared, however I disagree about masturbation. In my opinion, an erection is the most natural balanced form of stretching for the penis... it IS stretching. The penis was designed to become erect, and when it is filled with blood the penis expands in length and girth. To promote stronger erections, kegels are necessary. I think if this is about stretching the penis for exercise, not much could work better than ballooning, as it naturally brings in more blood to my penis and expands it evenly. I think bodybuilders get their results from the force that they put against their muscles, not just relaxing or doing yoga. I'm not saying that the stretching mentioned is not an important component to growth of our penises, but I don't think it is enough to get where we want to be. Im a believer in no pain no gain. Masturbation is an exercise in itself to hold longer lasting erections, and further stretch the penis. I think it goes wrong when its just to bust a nut, and would better serve our exercise regimen as a stimulation to start ballooning, jelking and many other erect exercises that have been shared on this site. My opinion is that being in an expanded state for as long as possible gets my penis stretched.
