This sounds like a real dumb question.. And it probably is lol but I have to ask.,

Ive recently noticed that when I pull back all the fat around my pelvic area. My penis is so much bigger.

Some guys prob wont believe me but the truth is I wouldnt be wasting my time making this if I was.. But When fully erect not pulling the fat away. I am at 5 3/8 fully erect.

Now.. When I pull the fat back.. I measure to pretty much 6 inches? My penis looks and is so much bigger..

Has anyone have an experience with this? Does this mean my penis is really near 6 inches? Or is this my internal penis popping out slightly?

To be honest.. Ive just gotten out of the military so I still consider myself to be in pretty good shape. I weigh in at 179 and 6,5 in height.

I will be posting multiple pics tommoro when I can get on my computer.
 
Gains can be made in this area through Expressive Stretching and weight loss. Most men have quite a bit of internal penis just waiting to be pulled out and Expressive Stretching is the key. What is your current routine? I can help you incorporate these stretches to help you gain this size.
 
10 minutes of rice sock warm up if I have time if not, just regular warm water in Bathmate with no pressure.
Bathmate for 20 minutes.. (Thinking about doin 2 20 minute sessions.. What do you think? Almost had the Bathmate for a month using everyday) but I do all the streches in the Bathmate. (up, upper left , upper right, lower left, lower right, straight down all while doing kegals)

Jelq for 15 minutes
Sizegenetics for 12 hours

2 workout days 1 rest day.. Repeat.

To be honest, im really lookin for length gains as I am only 5 3/8 . I know the Bathmate covers girth mostly but it still helps length.

If you could help me incorporate that into my routine I would appreciate it so much.

Have you considered super-setting your jelqing with the Bathmate? Maybe shorter sessions back to back. Since you are at 20 minuets, why not try 10 minutes followed by 10 minutes of jelqing and repeat? This will bring you better expansion and less fluid build up. How long is each session in the SizeGenetics?
 
To be honest. Its really hard for me to get an erection / keep it due to the sexual side effects of my antidepressants I am on.

And I need an erection to enter the Bathmate aswell as doing jelqing. Thats why I like to do everything 1 shot and get it done asap. And I usually do the Bathmate when im gettin ready for work so its hard if im in a rush if you could understand that.

I used to be able to use the sizegenetics for 2 hours but ive heard if you achieve a head swell, you gains are better. So after having head swells, I can only wear it for 1 hour. So that is what ive been doing.
 
Im really interested in The expressive streching you mentioned. I really do believe I have about maybe 1-2 inches down their, I can feel it when I push down hard.

The fatpad robs a bunch of length and in my estimation a bit more than BPenis EnlargementL-NBPenis EnlargementL. The reason is none of us are pushing all the way to the bone, there is always a squish of fat, tissues and skin in between the ruler and the bone.

The fatpad is the reason that many people are serious about losing weight.
 
Thanks for the info. Its crazy.. I got full erect today and I measured right below 6 inches.. And not bone pressed im at 5 3/8 .. Big difference lol. I guess its time to loose weight Haha

They say the fat pad is the last place the fat leaves from on a man. My fat pad is robbing me of over an inch in the erect state and even more in the flaccid state. My flaccid likes to pull back and tuck under there. Still with Penis Enlargement it is longer than it was.

I'm considering completely lipoing my fatpad out.

Instead of being on antidepressants, why not quit drinking and remove the depressive elements in your life. It's usually conversations, peoples, places and things that you simply cannot do. Work on a goal, and strive towards it.

Also, regular sex with someone who values your company will help to preserve your esteem.
 
I dont drink lol. I dont do drugs, I dont know man. As soon as I left the military...Shit just hit the fan.. It all started with severe chest pains. Literally bringing myself to my knees, I had all symptoms of a heart attack. Spent 6 hours at the hospital to find out im perfectly healthy and it was just anxiety.

I was diagnosed with maxed out anxiety levels. Im trying my best to fight it. But thanks for the advice man.

With all the various psyche problems I have, anxiety is by far the worse. Someone can not understand this until they have experienced it. Cognitive methods do little for me, it is either suffer until it is over or take a Benzo. Next time you are feeling the anxiety understand that you have other men out there with the same issues, it sometimes helps to know you are not alone. Also, always feel free to express any of your fears here, we will help you through this.

Im going to the phychiatrist soon and hopefully they can get me on some better meds.

As long as you are strong with yourself and practice good discipline you could try a benzo, that is what works for me. I do practice much cognitive exercises but sometimes I can't escape. Taking a benzo quickly relieves this and sets me straight. If you go this route look for a long acting benzo like klonopin, 1mg will last about 8 hours. For me the anxiety is usual present in the afternoon so if I schedule my dose right I can avoid it and go to sleep. When you no longer need the medication stop taking it! Only use for when it is needed. A benzo habit is nothing nice.

Hope you don't mind my intrusion, but from a guy who have suffered from this on and off for the last 12 years, that's exactly how it started for me. When i was about 20. Those symptoms are panic attacks. First rule you have to remember is, how bad it may get, you are not going to die.

I went years without knowing what caused it, even now im not really sure, i guess reality it me like a truck, i was no longer a boy, and life got real. Thats the best i can do as for a reason.


Its nice that you are going to the psychiatrist, see if you can get a nice benz just for emergencies, and use only that way, i don't recommend the daily ones, it gets really hard to get off them, the same with anti-depressants. Try some breathing techniques, visualization, etc.. i know its seems like BS but give it a try. Also try some herbs and stuff, those you can always take without fear, and when nothing else works, then go for the benz, but use it as last resort.

Lots of sex with friendly babes will help to calm that anxiety down.

Also remove or reduce any stressors in your life. Some conversations you just cannot participate in until you get yourself stable.
 
Is Jelqing with one hand the first few sessions or use both hands for this to be more effective?
 
Man I have to lose weight to,but when I pump I reach my max im about 9inches so maybe i can get to 9.5.
