I tried this for 3 months a couple years ago. Drank about 1 teaspoon of liquid every day. After about 1-2 months I started noticing major changes...thoughts clearer..mind better...memory better...mood MUCH better...

I used to eat 2 cans of tuna a day when I was weightlifting. I staarted having all sortos of problems and I couldn't figure out why until I finally read about mercury poisoning. I thought my parents were trying to poison me and I was really apathetic and started having panic attacks. My teeth were getting loose and I was having heart arritHydromaxyia. I tried to tell the doctor and he said I was crazy and I went through test after test after test and they found nothing and I finally got him to give me a test for toxic metals and it came back fine and my mercury was only slightly elevated. This was a couple months after I had stopped eating tuna and most of the mercury is depleted withing the first week and is almost fully gone in a couple of months.
 
I feel much better since my doc put me on Omega 3 a year ago--I take four tablets a day. I don't plan to stop it. It's definitely helped me in many areas--cholesterol reduction, fewer mood swings, less depression. You name it!!!
