been on the newbie routine for a while and mildly doing or following srt now for under 3 months. I try not to focus on the exact amount of time for basis of not counting and rather making my PE more into a lifestyle.

Thins were going great, had an awesome flaccid hang, and erect piece that looked and felt quite strong. First issue I had was the issue with being fully erect while doing PE, I find that it is easier to be at 100% erection to jelq and well �naked people movies� just doesn't do it, so I turned to natural enhancers such as Horny Goat, maca, and the like. While on these the erection and or desire tends to be quite awesome, but seems my body adapted quickly that soon it too became useless.

The biggest issue came when I feel ill for about a week or so and I halted PE during that time. I noticed that what followed was what I would describe as a "massive turtle'ing" effect. Where my unit was just in a state of inability to want to be erect unless I was seriously stimulated. It is a weird feeling, and I am unsure if this is part of the recovery process or what?

Now, that Im well and have mildly started PE, I notice the lack of EQ, and or the look and feel of it have just shrunk. I feel that I lost a bit of girth in the process which kind of sucks and am wondering if this is something that happens often or what.

My routine prior to stopping was:

stretches in all directions (mainly as a warm up)
behind cheeks, mandingos, etc

jelqs 200
v jelqs 100
Bathmate for 10 -15 mins
cool down
ADS for an hour
wrap as long as I can.
 
What you are describing is extreme fatigue, a very good time to stretch but not so good for eq. Since you have been following SRT have you tried Uncle Jim's Wrap for the turtling issues? In your list of exercises you are using a Bathmate, are you following the 5x5x3 method? If not this could be a place where the massive fatigue is originating from.
 
DLD thanks for reply... I can say you nailed it, extreme fatigue is probably a better description. In response to your questions I have been using the wrap throughout the day to maintain an elongated state. My ADS not working well and can't stand the noose longer than an hour so have cut back on that.
Bathmate for now have stopped since I can't keep erection without appropriate stimuli and �naked people movies� and even supplements not helping much. My routine with Bathmate was after my stretches and jelqs to just go for a full 10 min rather than split it. Guess I should consider the 5x5x3 method.

Since you are well aware of this condition, is it anything to worry over? take it as a vacation period? continue with lots of stretching? or how to proceed?

Nothing to worry on, as I said, in the meantime stretch, stretch, stretch.
