I've had the Bathmate x40 for about 3 weeks now, and i'm using it at full pressure, 80-90% boner (just cant get full in the shower), but my dick just isn't getting any expansion... I just get water retention then that goes away and it's normal size. I already have a decent sized dick, about 6.2'' non-bone pressed, and when in the Bathmate i get it over the 7 inch mark on the meter thing. I've also had the sizegenetics extender since september, but still haven't really seen results. It's starting to get frustrating...

Anyone have any idea what I could be doing wrong?
 
How many Bathmate sets do you do?
Do you do any manual workout between your sets?

It is crucial to do manual workout between your Bathmate sets! This help getting better but mostly turn the Bathmate gain into something permanent
 
To maximize the gains from the Bathmate (and any pump), it is better to do supersets. Actually, for me and a lot of others guys here, we think that supersetting is a MUST when using a Bathmate.

Basically, you go for shorter period in the Bathmate and you mix it with manual exercises between the pumping sets. This has the advantage of maximizing the expansion you get from the pump with manual exercises and this will cause the greater gains.

Here's my workout, it'll talk for itself:


6 minutes warm up in a large hot glass of water (I found it the best way to warm up, I put my ballz in the glass too)
6 minutes manual stretching
6 minutes jelquing
6 minutes pumping
6 minutes jelquing
6 minutes pumping
6 minutes jelquing
6 minutes pumping
3 minutes SSJ
6 minutes pumping
3 minutes SSJ

10 min cockring after my workout.

Warm down in the shower.

Yup yup. Just sticking your dick in it and staring at the ceiling for 15 minutes is nowhere near as effective as supersets. I like the erect jelqs

Hmm, I have had the fluid retention problem too. I am uncircumcised and after pumping with the Bathmate, all of the fluid goes to my foreskin.. Jelqing just moves any fluid retention to the top making the problem worse.

Any ideas?

This problem is due to the duration under confined pressure being too much. Cut back on the duration of each set by 2 minutes, if the single set duration drops below 5 mins, do less sets until the fluid retention is slight. Fluid retention to a point is part and parcel of pumping however, as long as the edema is gone in 24 hours, it is fine and won't affect your penile health

So If I have the donut efftect after a Bathmate session(10 m, 5 m of jlq, 10 m)and it will gone after a day,the water retention will not compromise my gains??
It could be possible that the water retention its caused by the rubber ring?

you might have a defective device. Prevent it from getting pressure the whole top broke off of mine after thr second day. waiting on a response from CS
