So I bought the x30 about two weeks ago. Used it every other day to avoid overtraining and just get the little guy used to it.
I've seen so many different routines floating around I really don't know what direction to head in and I'm just looking for something safe and basic to get the ball rolling. However I do have some questions, I plan to buy an sizegenetics and have the money ready, as a newbie can I start my routine right away incorporating that or this something I should work towards? I also am interested in a cock ring, I get a really impressive pump after a 15 minute session but then it's gone completely after 5 minutes out of the shower, would it help my gains if I put a ring on to keep all that blood in their longer and if so what its the safest way to go about this?
I've also been doing some research into supplements and vitamins that might aid in my gains if combined with all the manual work and devices. My question here is basically, is it more effective to just get specific vitamins or is there a supplement that would work better? I've looked into Vigrx but I don't really need something to help with Stamina, I have no problem lasting virtually however long I want, I'm mainly here to grow my dick into something terrifying hahaha. I'm starting at around 5.5" and my goal is 8" but would be happy if I landed around 7.5, so I have 'long' way to go. (pun intended)

I'm sorry if my thoughts came off a little jumbled and I guess what I'm basically asking is,
Is it safe for a newbie to start off right away combining manual work, a bathmate and sizegenetics in conjunction with vitamins/supplements, and if so has someone developed a routine I could emulate?

I'm not in any rush and fully understand this is a marathon and not a sprint, I've been lurking here for years and have a pretty good understanding how the science and how this stuff works, more just need something cement to get me going until I can start tweaking and developing my own routine.

bathmate and extending is a seriously epic combo you will gain for sure
 
First and foremost, welcome to the Brotherhood! You were given some great direction that I highly recommend you look at. SRT Routine would be great for you are you have most of the equipment to do the full routine. If not SRT I still suggest you read through it as it has so much information on gaining and healing that can be found no where else. If you need any help with the routine you choose please just ask.
 
For sure man, I just ditched the air pump and got my X40 today, but I will probably never quit using the extender as well. The two make for a rounded approach of length and girth with manual work sprinkled in there.

I wouldnt suggest quitting the extender, just combine your exercises with the equipment :)
 
Once you're comfortable w/your equipment(s) ;) and want to step-up the intensity, try modding your BM with The VacuVin (search this forum for 'where to buy' and 'how to')

Thanks for the response guys! Really appreciate everyone's input, I made a similar post in the PEGym forum and got no response so I think I'll be sticking around here.
So far I've noticed really obvious gains in my flaccid length and girth, I stopped wearing underwear as well and can definitely tell it helps.
Im mixing in some light jelqing between my 5 minute BM sessions, however I'm not entering the BM erect just yet, I was wondering when is good to try that as Im pretty sure that's where the erect gains will start.

I read through the entire SRT post twice and it was amazingly helpful, my question however, is there a pdf available or a printable spreadsheet, I'd really love to have the routine available to reference when Im not at the computer.

Does anyone have experience with vitamins/suppliments, I'm trying to find a 'cocktail' (pun intended) of vitamins that promote blood flow to the genitals and any other vascular supplements to really keep it full of as much blood as possible. I plan to use this method in conjunction with cock rings and the uncle Jim wrap.

How do I read the pressure gauge on the bathmate? Having a hard time understanding how that works, wish there was a video haha. Also, any advice on using a cock ring after a jelq/bathmate session, Do I put it around my cock AND balls or just the base of my dick?
Anyone have any experience using JELQ devices? I feel the consistent pressure and grip might prove more useful than my hands, maybe not though, any thoughts?

The sticker on the side of your BathMate gives measurements to the approximate size you are in the tube. In all cases you will be longer outside the tube but when in the tube the numbers are really a loose guideline more than a perfect measurement. As you advance in the BathMate, lengthwise, you will see your numbers grow more and more in the tube and outside the tube. The Cock ring is to use after pumping to retain the expansion.

Well you could hold the blood in your penis and that would be manual but I suggest using a cock ring to keep the expansion.
 
Or the simple 5x5x3

I'm now doing 8x8x3. I get very large inside the pump especially during the last pumping set. About 3.5 inches to the base is maxed out inside the pump, I fill up the walls completely.
