im completely new to the site and Penis Enlargement in general.im 20 i have 7x5 penis..now i have started doing the "DLD's First Routine" today was the second time iv ever done it but what iv notice is after im done stretching and jelqing i measured my penis and instead of being 7inch erect its 6.5 erect and my erection is not that hard anymore aswell.So is this normal or am i doing something wrong?
 
That's normal fatigue that your penis going through and your erection quality is over whelmed by it all. Double up on the kegals/pc muscle work in that routine and that will help improve your erection quality.
 
i havent started kegals/pc muscle work yet im just doing the basic stretches and jelq.but i was knda worried as to why my penis has shrunk!
 
well then that's exactly the problem. pick up on the kegals, give it a week and follow back up. I don't do well in vegas but I bet things will stand taller and stronger once you do the DLD First Routine in whole (ie include kegals)

True, I think. I read a lot on this and a lot have shrinkage because of a weak/not really strong PC/BC (whatever you want to call it, I believe it is actually the BC, but almost everyone just calls it PC, not sure though). I never had the shrinkage problem myself, because I already had strong PC/BC muscles. And having stronger PC/BC muscles not only makes the shrinkage problem less prominent, but it has many other benefits. Examples are: better overall erection quality, more endurance in bed, stronger ejaculations and way more. It will also improve your gains.

So, don't skip the kegels. The Newbie Routine is very well thought through, so I would suggest following it completely, at least untill you have gathered enough experience and information yourself :)
 
As the penis becomes longer and thicker is requires more blood flow and a greater capacity to hold this blood. The pelvic floor muscles need to become stronger as they perform this function of holding blood in the penis. Be sure to work a daily kegel routine as it will be your best gain in Penis Enlargement. Also, when working hard the penis can become fatigued, as others have said. In this case I would suggest a 1 on 1 off routine.
