When you first begin Penis Enlargement it is important to understand the various changes your body goes through. In the first few sessions you will be putting your penis through some intensity you have never felt before. It is not uncommon for you to experience with fatigue, this is when the penis becomes very tired and erection quality may not be up to par. Understand that this is normal and it will change when your penis becomes used to the exercise. Eventually, if not immediately, you will have the best erections you have ever had. I never really experienced too much fatigue but I also never took a day off.

Next it is important to know that you may experience some other changes in the way the penis feels after working out and in the future. With each workout you are becoming bigger and the penis may feel alien for a while. It may feel strange in your hands as it did for me. I remember a couple months in Penis Enlargement and my penis started to feel like someone else's unit. I soon realized it was because my penis was enlarging and I was not yet used to the larger me. Using this cream will keep the skin supple and bring stretch marks to a minimum visibly.

Lasting longer in bed will also be something that naturally happens with Penis Enlargement. Many guys who have suffered with premature ejaculation will find relief from this issue through regular Penis Enlargement. It is the constant handling of the penis that brings the end to sensitivity issues. How to react to your sexual partner will be up to you but eventually they will notice the changes and start asking questions. It will be totally up to you how you handle this. I chose to tell my girl but I do not think this is always the best policy. Think long and hard about the reaction you may get if you let the secret out. Will she become jealous of your relationship with your penis? This happened in my relationship and I would never let a girl know again. Again, it is really up to you so make a wise choice. Penis-envy is a very real thing.

When can you expect measurable gains? How much will you gain? These are the biggest questions guys have and the answer is really in the routine and how dedicated you are to it. I gained 2" in six months in length but for some this may take more time. Why this happens is for a few reasons. First, the workout you are using is very important, it needs to be intense enough to bring tissue expansion and length gains but at the same time, it needs to be something you can handle. Whether you are starting will all manual exercises or equipment like the Bathmate and SizeGenetics, it is important to make a routine you can fit into your schedule and really stay consistent. There are many routines on the forum but here are 2 of various levels of intensity;

Gain an Inch in 12 Weeks

One routine is completely manual while the other utilizes the best equipment on the market. Both will bring wonderful gains but I know the "Inch in 12 Weeks" is a much faster way to gain. In both routines you can adjust time, reps, and sets to suit your schedule and the load you can use. If you experience extreme fatigue back off a bit, if you experience little changes, step up the routine.

There is a lot of common sense in Penis Enlargement and it does not need to be too much confusion. The penis is virtually the same, man to man, and will react similarly to exercises men have already used. If you choose a routine that someone has used in the past and they made certain gains, you can make equal or greater gains if you follow with consistency and motivation. I say bite the bullet and rock the 12 Week Routine, it will be a crash course in Penis Enlargement but if your gonna get your feet wet you may as well jump in.

one aspect that I think gets overlooked is the 'mental' part of PE. Often your mind will not accept the 'new you' and begin to sabotage your efforts in the attempt to put things back to 'normal'. It's important to keep your 'mind-game' strong and train it to be an asset and not a drain

My mind used to tell me that, I cannot train length and girth on same day. I realized it was marijuana that was killing me by making me weak and unproductive. Now I'm training length and girth on same day.
