Because, while it's a great idea for attaching a semi-permanent means of stretching to the penis, it still concentrates a high amount of force on the penis in a very small area.
 
sooo, what then? an extra-deep hanger to place more stress on more of the penis to be able to increase load?
 
I have used hand grip both ways, thumb close to glans, and away.

Pipe, sink, ankle, mid-foot over arch while standing on one leg, rusty five foot
iron rod from forest for weight but leverage with light rod/pipe makes more
sense, such as a wooden closet/railing rod for leverage at the end like hook
end on couch. Hang from plumbing pipes or chin-up bar.

Qi-gongers seem to be using a silk cloth and either girth hitch or clove hitch,
and then have the long hanging rope to the side, not over glans. You can
wrap under it. They do it at penis base, above ball sac, but I just lifted a
70 pound weight off the floor for maybe 15 seconds with a girth hitch near
glans, wrapped with half of a blue paper shop towel and then a wash cloth,
doubled. The pain is good because you should not be doing this with a knot
close to glans! Hand grip is safe for dick, not necessarily for small bones in
hand.

You can yoga crane with briefscase in one hand and dick in other hand at
the bus or subway stop. Wrap dick under shin. Wear overcoat to look like
yoga crane.

I use the stickiest rubber glove. Who knows what ester-ogens it takes to
make it stay sticky. I don't use the glove for the yoga foot/ankle/shin.

There're lots of subleties. I can't reliably do longer than a minute set with
70-155 pounds or ceiling hang, any way I can wrap or anything so far but
I think of new things to try fairly often.

One thing I have learned lately, too lately, is squeeze the blood out of
glans before hanging. This is s.o.p. for bib hangers. Also do a finger roll
massage on glans before and after to relieve tired blood. This can
really feel weird somewhere in the body, maybe chest, or head, unless
you massage before and after quite a bit. Or, your next manual work
like squash or jelq will be just fine for moving the blood around, too.

Wrap with knot is probably key to longer sets. I don't make one minute
with knots so far, with 30-70 pounds. I only do that for lig pops, after
much heavy hand grip hanging and swinging takes me there. I do the
same squat position dead lift as shown, knot near glans but to side to
spare the nerve some. BiB was hurting me over 40 pounds, but I could
try the original BiB and thicker wrap--BiB spares the nerve. LengthMaster
looks fine, too, but haven't been able to afford it--I'm underclass.
