So I have started a new routine.

Warm up: 5-10 min
Length: __________ Stretch 10-15 min
Girth: Supra Slammers 10-15 min


Does this seem like a good routine if not please add some suggestions thankyou

Looks short and sweet. The best way to test it is use it for a month and see where you are measurement-wise.
 
yeah thanks DLD I actually just read up on the golds gym band exercise. So i will be doing that with the __________ stretches.

So my new routine I will be trying.

Warm up: Shower
Length: __________ Band Stretch (10-30 second stretches)
Girth: Supra Slammers (10-30 seconds)

So i tried the golds gym band exercise and im not long enough flacidly to complete this so i will jus continue __________ stretches and hope to get the same results. I really want a bathemate or extender but no money i will try to save some money to get one. Also i got to find out how to hide the stuff from the girlfriend :p

I saw somewhere someone mentioning BTC's TOW stretches...what do these anograms stand for so i may try them
 
One more question i have is how do i prevent the baseball bat effect?

Be sure to use steady, even intensity in all girth work to avoid uneven growth. BTC=Behind the Cheeks, OTS=Over the Shoulder Here is a glossary of terms
 
I firgot to mention that i started doing SSJ and thats why i asked about baseball bat look....after each rep when i let go it only looks like its expanding in a baseball bat form
 
Today i was only able to do 10-30 sec __________ stretches . Wasnt able to get girth workout done. Also did as many kegels as i could remember to do them
