hey guys, so i've been doing pe for a little while now and the one thing that has always been my downside is the jelq and these are extremely vital. When i do the jelq downwards i encounter a number of problems, my hands get fatigued after about 150-200 jelqs even with alternating, my ball sack skin gets in the wayand i can't get a good grip without pulling the ball sack skin, i've tried to solve this by using a hair band around my ball sack but have found when doing this i don't seem to be able to get a nice kegel going and also i have found it a bit more difficult to stay semi erect as if somehow i wasn't get good blood flow flowing.....and NO the band is not too tight!

When trying to jelq upwards i probably get about 5 jelqs in and then balls somehow are being pulled up in to the jelq and its just a friggn nightmare!! I think possibly too much skin and i don't actually feel as though i am jelqing my penis but more like just pulling skin!

The v-jelq again, i get too much skin involved and really don't feel like i'm getting the workout that i should be getting. I normally have to stroke up with one hand, get to the top and then with the other hand pull the skin down and then begin the second jelq.......

Basically i do not have a whole lot to work with as my dick is small!! I'm probably anything between 4.0 - 4.5 inch NbpEL. My Bpel is just under 5inch. NOW i am VERY much overweight and this is something i am beginning to tackle as my ex gf was a six 6 and blooming tiny and the poor soul only ever told me once that i squashing the shit out of her, lol!! I do have a very fat, fat pad and at times if i stick a ruler really deep into it i am on 2.5 inches deep into the fat pad!

I have found stretching to be a tad bit difficult as the stomach gets in the way and annoyingly there are some stretches i just simply can't do eg the BTC!!

NOW, i somehow stumbled across this technique, which i have NO idea if it is effective or NOT, nor do i know if it has been discussed here before....BUT i am going to attribute the little gains i seem to have made to this technique and to the stretching i manage to do. Below is a video of how i am jelqing.

In the meantime, grab a pen as an illustartion, hole the pen in your left hand, now with your right hand make a fist BUT leave your thumb pointing out sideways. Now put the pen between your open thumb and fist and then now use the thumb to press the pen against fist and thats it! Just stroke up and down and away you go.......

When I was overweight I was not seeing 2.5-3" of internal penis. Even after I made great gains the proof was largely hidden by the fat pad. When I did my first AlphaBlade studies I found that weight loss was very possible in a short amount of time. I went from being overweight to becoming very in shape. Push back he fat and look at the extra length deep inside, ask it to come out. As you do your Penis Enlargement work imagine the fat dripping off. Imagine how others will react not only to your longer, more healthy penis but also your leaner, stronger body. The rewards are very worth the effort.
 
yeah i figured that i will use the losing weight as my inspiration for some new cock!! But i was more concerned with the new technique i'm using and whether or not it is effective...
