I've only been exercising for about 3 weeks but I've read quite a lot of stuff here so I'll try and answer your questions.
1. when i do stretches i always get hard i cant seem to avoid it what can i do?
Just stick at it and eventually you won't get an erection (about a week for me). Your brain just needs to know you're exercising your dick not 'playing' with it.
2. Also jelqing i cant keep a 80 % erection i always get fully hard what can i do?
This again will subside to the point where you'll find it hard to keep an erection at all whilst jelqing. I suggest squeezing your full erection a little to make it go down slightly then jelq. Keep doing this at regular intervals as required. When you get to the stage where you struggle to keep an erection then either use �naked people movies� or what I do is 100 jelqs and then masturbate to almost ejaculation then start jelqing again. Also I find that if I watch TV whilst jelqing I struggle to maintain an erection so I jelq with no distraction and concentrate on every jelq. Make each one as good as the last - this is very important!
3.my penis is 4.5 inches in length(not bone press) and 5" in girth midshaft is there special exercise for a short penis? because DLD's penis is big and i dont think i can do some of those exersises.
My penis is 5" NBPenis EnlargementL and only 4" EG and I don't have any problems with the
newbie routine which is where you need to start. Forget any of the advanced exercises for now.
4. i want to join the pay site any suggestions?
I would suggest you join the pay site. It shows all the exercises by video. Not only the
newbie routine but also the more advanced stuff (don't do this until months down the line). These will make sure you're doing everything correctly.
5. did and anyone start with my length how much did u gain?
There have been many people who started at your length and smaller and gained, not only on this forum but others as well. As I said earlier I've only been doing the exercises about 3 weeks and I've now got 4.5" EG at the base (originally 4" EG) and also more girth down the shaft (not measuring the other sizes until later but it definetely is bigger not only by look and feel but my partner can feel it as well.) As to how much you can gained, anything is possible but everyone is different. Don't concern yourself with how much - just do the exercises and it
will grow.
I want length so i can do more positions in the the sack my girth is about average but of course i want more but my length is pathetic. please give me some advice. i haven't seriously done the exercises but i will be dedicated once i start
I would strongly suggest doing the
newbie routine because the stretches will add length and maybe a little girth but the jelqs will add not only girth but length as well.
Remember the only 'secret' to manual penis enlargement is to be consistent! Don't do a couple of days here and there as you'll be wasting your time. Dedicate yourself to the program and enjoy the gains that will come.
