I was playing with myself earlier and during this .. pleasure I created a exercise which could help those who want that upward curve to nail the G-Spot.
I've never seen this exercise so hence I use the terms 'Created' and 'New' but if its old than my apologies ... I think it does hold potential.
At semi erection to 70% erection I clamped off at the base and maintained this engorgement ... note that I'm NOT fully erect and can BEND my penis upwards and down without any discomfort ... note this!
The clamp is only used to keep the blood inside the penis for extended time which will help this exercise work better IMHO.
Ok so once thats done I simply pulled the foreskin back and took the glans gently, securing around the ridges and pulled the penis back towards the pubic hair.
With the otherhand I secured the base so movement was limited.
The picture in your head is the glans of the penis pointing right at your pubic hair or nasal region if you dont have hair and now comes the MAGIC ... kegel some blood in, you might have to slack this alittle .. if so than move the penis so its an 'L' shape ... you will be going from the side ways 'U' shape [Glans facing pubic region].
While the 'L' shape is maintained, get some blood inside and if need be become more erect ... than get back into the 'U' shape ... the magic starts .... grip with a free hand just below the glans [head] and squeez, some might have to go 1 inch further down the shaft to enable better expansion of the penis.
What we're aiming for now is to engorge that blood between the 'U' bend ... once you have completed this movement, with the otherhand press down gently on the penis from above ... hardly any pressure is needed.
Hold this position for aslong as you can ... it could be 10 seconds it could be 5 minutes ... only stop when the erection starts to drain away. Common sense will tell you not to go too long ... 5 mins non stop would be EXCELLENT and you could than do sets of these.
If you have shorter hold times than do around 5-10 sets and if your hold times are like 2-5 mins or longer than you wont need as many sets .. 2-5 should suffice.
The idea is to engorge the blood inside this 'U' shape and by applying pressure downwards you are essentially gently forcing the penis to adapt to its potentially new shape.
Try it and see how you like it and report back here.
It will take awhile before you notice that curve ... I would estimate 6-8 weeks before anything slight is noticed and more like 4-6 months before it becomes prominent ... but hard work will pay off and I think these could create that bend many want and it might not be as risky like some of the bend exercises are which need you at a high erection in order to do them which could lead to tunicae trauma.
I'm calling these 'Paradise Bends' or 'P-BEES' for short. I should have gone into advertising or something.
