Does anybody know any advanced length techniques. I need to change up my stretching routine to gain some length. My current length is only 6-6.25. I usually stretch downward and straight forward and have been doing that for a while. My current stats are 6-6.25 length and 6.25-6.5 girth. My girth is ok, but i still feel insecure because my length isn't up to par. My short term length goal is 7. Anybody have some ideas. I can't afford a length master right now so manual exercises are recommended.

The two places you should look to for how to start and how to maximize things after you have started are the Newbie Routine, because this covers every possible angle in stretching, and the SRT thread, because this gives you direction in gaining and healing in the best possible way and will also serve as an advanced routine later in your program. In addition to what I offered above there are many length specific exercises to seek out that will help and they are manual.

DLD Blasters
Foot Long Stretches
Manidingo Stretch
Y Stretches
Expressive Stretches

Check out these and see what floats your boat:)
 
Stretching between the cheeks or below the legs to each side is good. Also try to use your hands or a pvc pipe or bar as a fulcrum to bend the ligaments one direction then stretch in the opposite direction. You can also use your wrist or web of your hand for different variations.

I would suggest at some point buying a hanger because this is probably the easiest and most effective way to gain length. hanger is $40. Don't know about any others besides the lengthmaster.

I believe you should be able to avoid the length master now. Buy it and apply for my coaching service. Let me take you to 8.25 inches in length.
