Hey people of the forum. I've been "doing pe" (very very inconsistently) since December 2015. I ordered the Bathmate x30 then and have been doing pumping for a few days then stopping for weeks. Jelqing for a few days, then stopping for weeks. (You get the picture).

I'm currently at 5.5 inches BPEL and somewhere around 5 inches EG. My dream is to hit 7-7.5 inches BPEL and maybe 6 inches EG.

Now I'd like to know a good full routine I could do and stick to consistently for at LEAST a year. (I would consider my penis to be "seasoned" enough to do some intermediate exercises)

This is what I thought was a good routine

100 Jelqs
100 Kegels (I always find that my butt clenches more than my PC muscle, weird that it felt that way)
Bathmate for 10 mins spaced into 2 sets (Fully erect) (Highest pressure I can stand)

Now I have no idea about how to really stretch because I feel like my skin is being pulled, rather than my penis (I'm uncut)

I know I'm kinda asking for all the thinking to be done, but that's because I would like a routine based off experience by you guys to help me reach the goal! Thanks so much guys. If I see good gains in a few months, (I will update) I would gladly donate a generous amount to the website

I only have the Bathmate as an enlargement tool

Planning to buy the SizeGenetics tool but that will be in time to come, not now.
 
Datasssqueeze, Welcome to the Brotherhood! I suggest using the SRT BathMate routine this will bring gains much faster than the way you have your routine set up. There are also many important cues and ideas in the SRT that can really help anyone, new or old. I can point out two places that you should make additions. The first is Bundled Stretching, this will help you pre-stretch the penis to allows for more expansion or elongation. 5 minutes before every workout will do a world of difference. I also suggest you include erect stretching at least 3 times a week for 5-10 minutes. This will help temporary gains before permanent. Please read through SRT and let me know how I can help.

If I were you, I will focus on length for now by getting myself a length master. Make up to 2 inches gain in 1 year before adding pumping to the menu.
