Well I told my self that I would post something on here today as it is two years to the day that I started doing Penis Enlargement. I figured I should tell something of my experiences. I honestly don't know why I started, probably out of curiosity to see if it could be possible. Before I started I read as much as I could on this site, other members stories, experiences, exercises, etc. Anyway I though I would give it a go, why the hell not I had nothing better to do, unless you consider finishing grad school. In the beginning I was above average (and from what I read I knew this and accepted it and was happy with what I had) around 6.75" bpel x 5" mid & base girth. I was stretching and jelqing every day very lightly in the beginning, there was no way in hell I was going to damage my penis. From what I remember I was pretty methodical in only upping the reps every 4-5 days maybe more (its been a while so I can't be sure of the exact routine. I even set out to create a database to chart exactly how much I had gained. I kept track of bpel, mid and base girths, no flaccid or nbpel because I knew that they had a real tendency to fluctuate. Anyway within a short amount of time (according to my chart about a week I was getting consistent measurements of 7" a full .25" longer that I had seen before, and within another month I had yet another .25". It seemed that the whole Penis Enlargement phenomenon was really true, I had proof in my pants. I can't be sure of when I gained the first 1" as I forgot to update my database with that milestone (in fact I only have about 4 entries after the first 2 months), but I'm pretty sure it was before the end of December. At some point in 2006 I switched to hanging as it allowed me much more freedom since my hands weren't tied up wrangling my penis. Again I started off slow with only 5-7.5 lbs. for around 20 minutes at a time. I would go from then on and add 2.5 lbs. to that weight every month or longer until the weight I was using lost its effectiveness. My gains were still coming. At this point I realized I needed to do other things to help me. With th knowledge that I had the will power to make myself do Penis Enlargement I realized it was time for me to loose some weight. At the time I weighed about 225-230 and at 6'2" I knew I had about 40-50 lbs. to loose. In the span of the summer I did just that, going down to a low point of 180 (since stabilized a little higher at 190) but I felt healthier and looked better and deep down I know this is partly if not wholly responsible to my Penis Enlargement. Anyway back to my progress, I had passed the 8" mark sometime in early 2006 and I realized I was hooked on this (maybe slightly OCD but nothing harmful). My gains kept coming. At some point before the new year I hit 9" for the first time (again I don't know when). I do know that on Jan. 1st of this year is was at 9.25". I was ecstatic (although no one knew, in fact this is the first time I've ever mentioned to anyone that I do Penis Enlargement). Of course my gains were coming slower now, I knew they would, I never let it worry me in the least. Slowly but surely I have added another .5" to that and am now 9.75" just .25" away from the mystic 10" and a full 3" gain in length! As far as girth goes, I have never focused much on that aspect, but lo and behold from hanging, I am now seeing around 6" mid shaft and 6.5" at the base (7" when I wear a silicon cock ring!). I feel like a completely different person since I've started on this journey. I don't know when I will stop, probably whenever I get a girlfriend. Right now I am currently on a break from anything letting my penis heal due to some discoloration on the underside, nothing major, but rather ugly to look at. As soon as it is 100% back to normal I will begin again. I have no goals for size, but it is the process that I enjoy, feels like I am doing something to better myself. Anyway I think I've rambled on long enough here, I do just want to say thanks to all the members on the site for the knowledge I have gained.
 
Really impressive gains and inspiration to all of us who havent gain.Got any pics, cause 3 in length gain is not something you here very often.:)
 
It's nice to see success stories on here. You made it a 22 month commitment and gained 3 inches in length and an inch in girth. Do you commend hanging as your biggest contributor to your gains?
 
You went up a whole inch by just hanging? Or were you jelqing as well?

Nice story to read, I read it all and am really impressed with your gains. Would you be able to tell me how long it took to gain 1.5" length approx?

What kind of hanger were you using? This is very impressive first post. Do you have a progress journal?
 
Dybalo: As far as pics go, I don't think I will be posting any. Not that I don't want to prove my gains, but I just don't want to have any pics of my johnson floating around the internet

Threak-X: As far as hanging goes as being the biggest contributor. My theory is that it doesn't matter what exercise you do but the following: constant/consistent stress on any tissue (with the exception of brain/nerve cells) will result in growth. For me at the moment, hanging is just a way to keep my hands free while I am able to do other things.

kiplynx: No I can't attribute all of my girth gains to hanging. About 1/4 in was from simple jelqing. For the last two or three months I have been wearing a silicon cock ring (not tight mind you) nearly all day. I have seen between .25" and .5" from this. Yes, hanging will account for some of the gains. I tried pumping, but these are only temporary and feel really weird. For a gain of 1.5" I think it was a right around eight or nine months but I cannot be 100% sure as I didn't keep the best records.

psychotic: This is one of the reasons I was hesitant to post on here. Without having a verifiable means of proving it you will have to take my word. Besides even if I showed a pic showing before and after it could always be subjected to photoshop.

millionman: Ah, well this may be the most embarrassing part of the whole thing. What I have been using is a regular cable clamp with a soft wrap between it and the skin. I first tried it out just to see if it would work and as I felt no discomfort and a good stretch I continued using it to this day. It may not be as comfortable as a vacuum or a bib hanger, but it gets the job done, and it costs considerably less. Sorry no progress journal.
 
Great gains and congrats! It would have been cool to see a few posts in the meantime as those things help others along the way out -

but better late than never.

How much were you able to hang with that set up?
 
I'm comfortably at 22.5, but I foresee going up in the near future (when I am back at it).
