What do you think about?


This looks like one heck of a routine, very good choices on exercises. 4 and 1/2 hours of PE a day gets my vote as long as your body can handle it. There was a time I did two 2 hour routines daily and made great gains. What size are you now?
 
Im 15 cm lenght and 10.30 cm of circumference, and I had do that routine two weeks but no continously becouse id difficult have the time to, but anyway im looking now for increase the fastest way my length ( in flaccid state overcoat), but I cant 4.30 hrs I only have two hourse at day, so I think take the stretching and jelqs and do both in two hours but in different moments of the day with 20 or 30 min each session.
But I dont know if I should include slinky bend and bend stretch becouse I had read that when you work girth you also have lenght gains, but the problem is that I still having two hours per day!!!

What do you think I have to do? I need at least 2 cm in length in 3 weeks. (Of course permanent gains)

Switch to a length only routine where you can put all your focus on one thing. The newbie stretching routine is a great method of gaining length as it includes stretching angles that cover all parts of growth.

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds

Thanks, I think I will do the basic stretchin x2 and 10 min jelqs before breakfats, basic stretching and 10 min v jelqs before lunch and basic stretch and 10 min jelqs afted lunch.

I want 2 cm real gains of length in flaccid state, I have tree weeks , you do think I can whit this routine whit 2 days off?

And also I dont know if is good add bend stretch, or isn't really necessary for fast length gains ?

Hard to tell if you can make these goals but being consistent with routine and intensity will get you there fastest. Be sure to put extreme focus on the stretching and stretch to your max where possible. The basic stretches are great because they start with total extremes upward and end with total extremes in back, giving you the best potential to gain. I also suggest you get some Expressive Stretching in, there are many ways to do this, here is the Original Thread. Expressive Stretching can also be done extremely efficiently through LengthMaster use from hole stretching to low point grip to cause the expression of internal penis. BathMate Hardcore Stretches are also a great method to this.

So do you think I have to put out the jelqs and use that time to stretches?

What if I do all or some times, the routine but one minute instead of 30s?
Maby use the time of jelqs in bend stretches?
Maby just do jelqs one time in the day?

without equipment you can perform low grip stretching which equates to expressive stretching. Simply stretch from the lowest point of you penis shaft.
 
2 cm in 3 weeks, permanent gain? I would think impossible. When I started PE it took me about 7 months to get the first 2 cm. And during that time you will need to figure out what works, some men gain while doing PE every day while others need the x-amount of rest days to grow. You need to figure that out on your own and that alone takes more than 3 weeks. It's trial and error (and possibly injuries along the way). You overwork your penis, you don't gain. You don't put enough effort into it, you don't gain. You need a good routine and you need to stick to it, no matter what. You feel sick/bored/have the flu/don't have time, you still need to do PE if it's a PE day. Dedication is the key. See PE as a life journey, something that you just do while you are here anyway.

I think it is smart to set a big goal but even smarter to accomplish smaller ones to get there. I have seen men make crazy fast gains so I never want to limit someones potential. I say set you big goal and go for it but if it does not happen in the time you want work harder.

This is way too intense. 40 minutes daily length master sessions will give you all the length gains you need. You can as well do a 1 hour daily session with the length master.
