Hey, guys I usually do my 30 minutes of stretches and jelqing at night. This pretty much sums up my whole routine. I am at the point where I want to add at least one light manual exercise for the morning to help promote blood flow.

Any suggestions?

I was thinking something like Ulis or something better but nothing to extreme or takes to much time?
 
Why not basic stretches and UJW a few hrs?
Take off every hour, do 30s stretch btc and rewrap.


Or do some light jelq sesh in the morning and wear a C ring

Try Uli's or any girth exercise really. Also try a cock ring if possible.
 
I like to do my stretching session right when I wake up so that I have the whole entire day to use either ace bandage UJW, an extender, or my PMP! This is a teaching from SRT to heal in an extender state throughout the day. Take a look at it if you haven't yet it is one of the best routines out!:)
 
put your body and soul into your training. Good PE exercise will surely take more time. You should be willing and ready to do more time.

Exactly, you have to put in the time to make the gains.

Exactly. There are so many important qualities that can make PE so much more enjoyable, fruitful and inspired. You have to have a burning desire to make it happen and being able to visualize that size you want should inspire you so much. From there you only need to do the work and the gains will come. I was 8.5" that day I started even though I was only 6.5" :) This may seem like lying to myself but the reality this will bring you to the bigger size because you can already see it.
