hey again

i maintain he should go see a doctor, the fluid buildup will not go away by itself, it needs to be drained by a doctor

if you dont drain the fluid in time there will be more serious complications

It's lymph from vacuum. It is very common in several forms of Penis Enlargement. I can see by the number of posts you have, this is most likely a joke. We are not that ignorant here. Talk to him about 20-30 minutes after the fluid, it magically disapears. ALWAYS.

bulc9, make sure you pull all of your foreskin back and hold it there when you put the blue sheet on the penis. If you do this and only let the penis head stick out of the sheet, you should experience less fluid buid up. Just REMEMBER to pull your foreskin all the way back.

wen i hung i found i got less fluid build up when the foreskin was not retracted. then i started hang with it retracted lately and have experienced more fluid build up.

i just think he need s to get condition to the exercise. as we are putting pressure on the whole penis hanging and his penis is not yet accustommed to the pressure its going through.

over time the build up will decrease.

Cheers sweets,

lol i shit myself when i though i had go docs, and i would have been a call out doc with it being at night!

Just that the fluid build up was so bad, i thought it was something else.. bad.

It might be better time-wise to get to fatigue faster than 3.5 hours, by increasing the weight (and pump pressure). If it takes 3.5 hours to reach fatigue, much of that time is wasted if you could reach fatigue faster. Once you reach fatigue, you could opt to lower the weight and hang a long time, or continue hanging at the heavy weight and hang for less time.

This is assuming that the gains come from hanging in a fatigued state though.

Yeah I know. I can get to fatigue with 8lbs in just an hour, but I'm still traumatized a bit by hanging from some experiences I've had in the past and my philosophy now is never to push it too hard too fast. I'm pretty much ultra-conservative with this stuff now to the point where it might be hurting the kind of gains that might be possible if I did up the weight much more. I used to jump right into 15 lbs with the Bib and then after reaching fatigue I would drop down about 5 lbs of weight to 10lbs. I had an injury I never recovered from on the meatus and the amount of blood I had from the pressure basically squirted out like a gyser. I gave up hanging entirely and that was after religiously hanging for about 7 or 8 months straight. Point remains though that once you reach fatigue ride it as long as you can and like GM said go down in weight as it has been advised by Bib himself I believe.
