Hey all BTC here. I'm working on a video hanging with 30 pounds without using the hand-pump. Hopefully I can get it out on MyNewSize forum this evening. Just wanted the world to see the efficiency of THE M\/. This was very comfortable, and I couldn't imagine hanging with another.

Man, thats amazing. I love the MV, but I still have a hard time getting mine to stay put for long. I always start to very SLOWLY slide after a few mins. I cant hold a seal for nothin. Seems like I shoulda waited for the smaller one! Heh, oh well, I'll just have to work up into this one :).

Yeah, hes a beast with that thing. 30 lbs with NO vacuum added is incredible! Imma have to check out mynewsize forums to see exactly how its done. I know you can do like up to 10lbs with 2 sheaths, but 30 is nuts. How long did you hold that for??

10 pounds was a poor estimate, but hey, I was new to that... I only used 2 sheaths for the 30 pounds too. I held it for about 20 minutes and had to stop.
 
Wow thats some weight that man!!

I used mine for the 1st time today, went sport shop get my weights.

I hung with 3.5Kg for 10mins, that was bit too heavy i think. so i went down to 1.5Kg for 30mins. Neway is it right if it starts hurting ur stomach, not so much stomach but pubic region?

What weight should i start off being a newbie, and wat would u recommend to see best results?

top hanger tho, i need master ow use it propally 1st tho
 
Hurt as in pain? Or hurt as in burn or intense pulling? You don't want to be dying to have the weight taken off of you at any point. Get to fatigue as fast as possible (without pain) and then hang as long as you can. I'm pretty sure that is the key to hanging. Whatever gets you to fatigue is different for everyone. After nearly 6 hours of hanging with just five pounds for me gave me this deep pulling on my pubic region going up to about 4 inches above where my penis begins. I had that sensation after about 3 and a half hours and just kept hanging. I've never felt that fatigued from anything else.

It might be better time-wise to get to fatigue faster than 3.5 hours, by increasing the weight (and pump pressure). If it takes 3.5 hours to reach fatigue, much of that time is wasted if you could reach fatigue faster. Once you reach fatigue, you could opt to lower the weight and hang a long time, or continue hanging at the heavy weight and hang for less time.

This is assuming that the gains come from hanging in a fatigued state though.
 
Goldmember, what has your gains been since your last posted pic? I think thats one of the best pics and proves you can def. gain girth and length at the same time. Some people don't want to train girth when going for length cuz they think it will slow gains down. At my current goal to gain length, I'm also going to do girth to, fuck it.

Im not sure, i didnt feel fatigued after, ive never hung b4 so i didnt know wether it was a natural reaction and to carry on or stop. So i just lowered the weight.

Ive hung 3 times now and after it i dont really feel anything like fatigued or like its been worked. I dont know if im doin something wrong. Or add more weight, i ve been starting with 1.5Kg for 30mins. Should i up that heavier? Another thing is when you say hang for 3 hours or more, theres no way i can do this due to privacy reasons and my day it self just dont have the time to.

It did feel like it was pulling on my pubic region 3-4 inches above like you said, so maybe i should have gone through with it and left it on?

My daily routine will be -

6am 30mins hanging
4pm 30mins hanging few manual stretches after
7pm 30 clamping with squeezes
10pm wet Jelq 600

is this enough to gain if you are hanging for 3hours plus???

hey btc how much pressure was created in the mv by doing this? IMO i dont think there is a reason to use the pump (i never have) i just create a good seal and the weight creates the vacuum for me...

After stabalization, 12 hg. I've noticed that body position plays a role in the amount of vacuum. For instance, if you lean slightly back, or get in a true BTC position the hg drops a few points. The force transmits to the shaft behind the hanger, instead of the spaces in front of the glan.

3 plus hours of hanging is not recommended for those new to hanging. Proper attachment directly effects the quality of the hang. To start with, 3-5 pounds and no more than 30 minute sets (for at least 2 weeks). It seems you are more interested in intensity, rather than duration.

Each of these carries it's own advantage to reach fatigue. Duration rides fatigue, and intensity creates fatigue in less time. Also, each carries there own disadvantages. With low weight/long duration, less micro-tearing may be present, but tissue memory is interrupted for more time and will be apparent post-hang. With high intensity, greater tissue deformation takes place, but there is something I like to call "too much". After high intensity hanging more "turteling" may take place, and the penis is set in the "protect and restore mode" One has to become familiar with both these hanging dynamics, and try to take advantage of each aspect.

It seems your hanging routine is broken up into 2 sets, several hours apart. This is more than enough time for the penis to start to restore the pre-hanging condition of the penis. If this is the only way you can do it, I recommend frequent stretching throughout the day between the several hours of your hanging sets.

In time, I'm sure you will master low hg and high traction as I have. I'm still learning with the MV, but man I tell you, after much conditioning the last 4 months (pushing sessions/weight) I can really grasp some new concepts I'm trying to present to everybody. Also, in time you will notice your penis becomes more familiar with the device and the MV becomes second nature.

That is some weight, I felt a tremendous pull. My mind had to be truly in line with my penis and everything that was going on. I felt awesome separation of the penis and the body.

An ache in the stomach may be present, but the focus should be in the pubic region. Sometimes I hang and I don't feel much of anything, but then I stand up and shift the weight and the fatigue becomes very apparent to me. Sometimes I don't feel the "ache" for several minutes post-hang. In the first weeks, I would concentrate on proper attachment and technique. I read your post over at mynewsize forum and will reply to that soon. It seems your attachment preparation is foreign to me and I've never seen it done like that, but we'll correct that.

Cheers for the reply. I dont mind what i do, either the intensity or duration just whatever brings best results. just as long as it isnt hours on end. could manage 45mins to an hour max. or 30min sets from 4pm till 10pm. For now like you say i will stick to 30mins per day for now.

With me working from 7.30 till 3.30pm i dont have time during the morning or the day. I am back at Uni soon so i will have alot of time to do Penis Enlargement and hang.

Mainly i only got from 4pm till 10.30. weekends can do whatever. With that big gap i have in work is this having a negative effect on my gains/Penis Enlargement as i am not doing anything??

I have noticed the ache i get now is in the pubic region 2-3 inches above penis. Can certianly feel it! thats all i am worried about if im doing it right, i think i am coz i can feel the pull. i have got pictures i can post up here with explanation of each step if you wanted? dont want to hijack ur thread.

I think im understanding the non vacum method now, will keep using it. let us know if u want me to post the pics up mate. thanks for ur reply and help mate!! :)

I like pictures.
 
1) Fold 2 sheaths together
2) Put them in half to fit on penis easier
3) Place 1st half on penis abit below the head
4) Fold the other half down near the base
5) Place 1 sheath over the top of the tube in half
6) Place penis into the tube UNTIL you get to the 2 sheaths on the penis then stop
7) Fold back the single sheath from the tube onto the penis where there are 2 sheaths. squeeze tight to get a seal.
8) String tied with 1.5KG weights attached to the tube
9) Let go gently
10) HANG.

Queries

1) are the 2 sheaths on my penis far enough down base of penis?
2) are the 2 sheaths on my penis ment to go a little bit into the tube?
3) does it look right?
4) any suggestions?

or is it totally crap way of doing it lol

1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3. Almost, The sheath on the MV should be pulled down past the one on your penis. 2 sheaths on the penis is not necessary. The final position looks good, but the method is different. Hey if you got your own thing going, go with it. It looks like you have a good pull in the last 2 images.

is this normal - i hung for 30mins b4 with 2.5KG. I dont even think i could take a piss coz it wont come out. theres an inch or more of just fat skin!!! wats all that about and why???? help lol

hey there

u need to see a doctor to drain the fluid. u need to do this ASAP! i dunno what its called exactly but ive seen it before.

also u dont have to disclose to the doctor that youve been Penis Enlargementing. this can also happen out of the blue.
 
He does not need to see a doc! probably by the time he reads this all that fluid is probably disapeared either max-vac, you need to get a sheath like the grips where is covers the entire penis, I never got fluid buildup like that, and the fellow's only using 5lbs! I would say thats them only downfall.
