This is bro-science at best. There's no way you're reaching lig fatigue by extending. The
SG doesn't even pull on them. Also: You're still reaching shaft fatigue by extending 1200g after hanging 20lbs? Seems hardly plausible. I believe you're feeling the skin being stretched which the
VLC setup is very prone to.
Just for comparison: I don't feel a great deal when inside the
SG except for attachment point soreness and scrotum pain. Neither are indicators for gains and it's working just fine (combined with manual stretches & light hanging 4.5lbs)
